Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Demodesk is a pretty cool meeting tool. I'm having a much easier time ramping reps and helping them navigate tough calls with their software. The virtual screen is super useful. It lets you give your customer control so they can interact with the product. Super easy to train someone. So many great features. The Salesforce notes sync saves me tons of time, and the schedule automation replaces tools and helps us simplify our stack. Presentations are super easy to share. Highly recommend. Cons Takes a little bit of time to learn the product, but worth it. Can't think of anything. Overall it's a really great product. Nothing noteworthy to share. They have all the major integrations, but will be hopefully rolling out more soon for more niche teams. Additionally, while it integrates with many tools, it doesn't support as wide a range of integrations as some other CRMs, which could be a drawback for teams using more niche software. Advanced reporting and automation are more limited compared to larger enterprise CRMs, and highly complex workflows may require workarounds. Teams looking for deep native marketing automation or heavy customization at the enterprise level may find Nutshell intentionally streamlined rather than exhaustive. There are too many features and settings and it can get very confusing. Sometimes buggy. Pages can freeze up but resolves itself with page refresh.
