Sparkle is an open-source Windows utility for removing unwanted software, cleaning system files, and adjusting PC settings. It combines reversible tweaks, recommended presets, and debloating tools in one interface. Users can clear temporary files, cached data, and other system clutter. The application also provides maintenance utilities, DNS management, and batch application installation. A dashboard displays hardware and operating system information alongside the number of active tweaks. Sparkle supports Windows restore points and lets users undo individual tweaks or all applied tweaks.
