OpenEstate is an open-source, self-hostable CRM for Indian real estate: pre-sales, post-sales, a customer portal and a broker portal in one system. It is built to be adapted to other industries through plugins, never by forking core code.
Install it natively on your own Ubuntu server with your own PostgreSQL, Redis and nginx plus a systemd service, the way you would install Zabbix or Wazuh. No mandatory SaaS dependency. The install takes about 15 minutes and seeds a demo company you can click through.
Android and iOS staff apps (React Native + Expo) are in progress.
Current release: v0.8.2, a security fix every install should upgrade to. The core sales funnel works end to end for a first pilot; read the known-gaps section of the docs before running a real project on it.
