Admidio is a free, open-source membership management system for clubs, associations, groups, and organizations. It provides a flexible and self-hosted solution for managing members, organizing groups and roles, and controlling access to information. With customizable profile fields and a powerful permissions system, Admidio adapts to the individual structure and needs of your organization.
Beyond membership management, Admidio offers a wide range of features, including customizable member lists, event management, online registration, inventory management, messaging and email communication, discussion forums, photo galleries, and document and file management. As a Progressive Web App (PWA), Admidio can also be installed on mobile and desktop devices.
Admidio is easy to integrate into existing websites or use as a standalone application. Since it is self-hosted, you retain full control over your data without licensing fees.

I am very grateful that I found this great software. We are a small non-profit organization and were looking for a cost-effective solution for our membership management. Admidio is exactly what we need. Thank you very much for that! We haven't needed the support yet, so I can't comment on it. If you are looking for a free solution for your club administration, try Admidio - it's definitely worth it!

Outstanding, the options are endless. The only criticism I have would be the ability to change the layout. Apart from that, this is exactly what I have been looking for.

We are enjoying Version 4 - I have put a couple of sites up for volunteer organizations and Admidio has proved very useful - looking forward to further enhancements and versions.

Excellent. Custom Profile fields validation like Unique key attribute along with Required is must. This will make it more useful in terms of advance membership script.
