This remove the autogenerated files from the git repository, so that they get generated each time, otherwise we are currently using ancient files which produce warnings, and cause build failures when combined with modern version of the tools.

autotools definitely needs an update.
I tried a (too) big toolchain update some years ago + autogenerate as much as possible (gnulib)
