CSVQuickViewer is a Windows application for viewing and analyzing delimited text files. It supports CSV, tab-delimited, pipe-delimited, and other custom formats, automatically detecting delimiters, encoding, quoting, and escaping. The application handles malformed or inconsistent files, skips headers and comments, and highlights problematic data. Users can switch between typed and text values, realign columns automatically, filter, sort, hide, and reorder columns, and copy data to Excel or Word with value types preserved. Compressed files in ZIP and GZip formats can be opened directly. This CSV and TXT file splitter firstly allows you to work with large data files. We have tested this on the largest CSV file we could find. It had over 25.6 Million rows. Microsoft Excel can only load 1 Million rows. So the challenege was on! Splitting a file in this case by 990,000 rows made sure that it was more than capable to load into excel. Splitting 25.6Million rows took aroud 50 minutes. Has been tested reading 25Million rows which took around 15 seconds to read. Its made using the .NET framework version 4.6

This converter bridges from the .ahn file format into GEDCOM 5.5.1, It's a command-line tool written in Java. AhnConvert allows family data, laboriously grabbed decades ago surviving into state-of-the art genealogy software products. The software "Familien Chronik" by Reiner W. Dudde was a genealogy software published by Data Becker as part of the "Goldene Serie" series, back in the 1990's. Especially in Germany this tool penetrated the market to some extent. Generating a project and filling in all relatives and ancestors resulted in an .ahn file. Unfortunatelly, this format cannot be imported by any of the current genealogy software. On the other side, GEDCOM can be read without problems by most of today's programs.

Java XML to CSV (XML2CSV) generic conversion facility. Flattens one or more similar XML files into CSV projections. I made it in order to extract data from big XML files and gather them in files more easily opened with a spreadsheet because I didn't find anything adapted to my needs over the Internet when I needed to (Java + truly generic + self-contained algorithm + Unix like command line options + efficiency). It is packaged as an auto executable Jar for convenient command line execution but might as well be interfaced directly by a Java class as part of a broader [yet non commercial] software. It handles attributes, repeated elements, and so on, and produces results which level up with what spreadsheets generate when they import native XML (at least in its most extensive execution mode). QChartist is an open source technical analysis software. Its purpose is to provide a complete set of tools to perform technical analysis on charts and data. It helps to make forecasts mainly for markets but can also be used for weather or any quantifiable data. The program is flexible and its functionalities can be easily extended. You can draw geometrical shapes on your charts or plot programmable indicators from your data. It is also possible to filter or merge data. I got a little inspired from MT4 allowing a fairly easy portability of programmed indicators from MT4 to QChartist. It is now faster and much more professional thanks to the use of a C++ layer (used mostly for calculations) over the standard Basic layer (used mostly for the GUI interface). You can use astro indicators and functions from a library for astronomical calculations. You can get realtime quotations thanks to perl scripts.

Super CSV is a fast, programmer-friendly, open-source library for reading and writing CSV files with Java. PLEASE NOTE: As of January 2015 we have now moved to GitHub (https://github.com/super-csv/super-csv). This SourceForge page will remain, but with limited functionality (please go to GitHub to report issues and for project downloads). ZET-CSV is the C++ library for csv format. ZET-CSV uses STL library. Interface CSV container similar to the interface std::vector. You can use ZET-CSV (not as the library) with your code by rewriting the Makefile. ZET-CSV contains following csv extension: a different number of columns in the rows, literals \r, \n, \r\n indicate the end of the row.
