Annotating Serious Errors in Wikipedia with Hypothes.is

As I browse Wikipedia, most days I spot errors, sometimes serious ones. I used to try to fix them within Wikipedia and had many issues, eventually got indef blocked. Now I am anotating it as an outsider. I think we need wider knowledge of how seriously mistaken many Wikipedia articles are. Othrs are way out of date, last edited with substantial content 5 - 10 years ago. The problem is that Wikipedia doesn't have enough editors, around 22,000 articles for each editor that does more tha n30 edits a day and that includes people doing gnoming edits just fixing typos and such-like. It doesn't help that they frequently block good faith editors like myself.
