- LinkedIn: refreshed hourly
- X (Twitter): refreshed hourly

- Hacker News: refreshed hourly
- Bluesky: real-time ingestion

How does SnitchFeed find mentions if I'm not tagged?
SnitchFeed doesn't rely on tags or mentions. It monitors all posts across platforms using keywords you specify — including product names, competitor references, pain points, and industry phrases — so you catch conversations even when you're not directly mentioned.
Can I track competitors or general keywords?
Yes — SnitchFeed was built for exactly that. Track anything from competitor names to use cases, complaints, alternatives, category terms, or even common questions (like "Anyone know a tool that can...").
Is this compliant with LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter policies?
Yes. SnitchFeed only monitors publicly available content and adheres to each platform's terms of service. It does not access private messages or restricted data.
Will this work if I'm just starting out or pre-launch?
Yes — social listening is especially powerful in the early stages. You'll discover what problems people are already talking about, validate demand, and identify early evangelists before you even write your first blog post.
