Using the Snibbl App
Snibbl helps reduce food waste by connecting users with restaurants that have surplus meals available at discounted prices.
Restaurants list their available meals on the platform, and users can browse nearby deals, purchase them through the app, and pick them up during the specified pickup window.
This allows restaurants to reduce food waste while giving users access to quality meals at lower prices.
- Open the Snibbl app.
- Browse available meals from restaurants near you.
- Select a meal deal.
- Add the item to your cart.
- Complete payment securely through the app.
- Receive confirmation and pickup details.
Once your order is confirmed, you will see the pickup time and location in your order details.
- After placing your order, Snibbl will show you a pickup window for collecting your meal.
a. Arrive at the restaurant during the pickup window.
b. Show your order confirmation in the app.
c. The restaurant will hand over your order.
- Please ensure you arrive within the pickup window, as restaurants prepare orders based on scheduled pickup times.
Orders & Payments
Snibbl supports secure digital payments to make ordering simple and reliable.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Debit cards
- Credit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay (depending on device and region)
All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
If your payment fails, it may be due to:
- Insufficient balance
- Bank declining the transaction
- Incorrect card details
- Temporary network issues
You can retry the payment or use a different payment method. If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your bank.
Refunds may be issued in certain situations, including:
- The restaurant is unable to fulfill your order
- A payment error occurs
- Duplicate charges are made
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders can usually be cancelled before the restaurant begins preparing the meal.
Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible since the food has already been allocated for your order.
For cancellation requests, check your order details in the app or contact support.
Account & Login
If you forget your password:
- Open the login screen.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
To update your contact information:
- Open the Profile section in the app.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Update your phone number or email address.
- Save the changes.
Keeping your contact information updated ensures smooth order communication.
Restaurants / Vendors
Restaurants interested in partnering with Snibbl can apply through the Business Sign-Up page.
After submitting your details, our team reviews your application and provides access to the vendor dashboard where you can begin listing surplus meals.
Business partners can manage their food listings through the vendor dashboard. Restaurants can:
- Add surplus meals
- Set pickup windows
- Adjust pricing and discounts
- Update availability
- Manage incoming orders
This allows businesses to efficiently sell surplus food while reducing waste.
