Compared to last year, which was boring, and only came back because my 6yo daughter loves disney. it was fantastic we loved every minute of it. you had more variety of characters and the choreography was fabulous well done.

If i could just say, your merchandise is great and for families that can afford it it’s great to buy something, but i saw some kids pretty upset as it was not in there budget to pay $55 for a bubble wand. Maybe you could have some cheaper alternatives as well

We got a ticket change as they closed the upper seating but we were moved from front facing to the very last section on the side. Very disappointed and wouldn’t go again due to this. We were told a supervisor was coming to talk to us and no one ever came.

The show was fantastic -venue should supply cushions for small children so they can see over adults heads. I purchased expensive seats so was disappointed.

They didn’t sing any signature songs my grand daughter waited for Elsa and got songs she didn’t know, it was just a disappointing year.

Every year gets better and better. Have seen Disney On Ice every year for the past 20years. My niece and nephew loved it as kids and now I enjoy it with my children

It was easy to get to security was quick tickets. Staff are great. Nice day out.

We love Disney on ice, we take our family of 7 every year but this year was a little disappointing.
The sound wasn’t as good as it normally is, it was hard to understand when the characters were speaking.
The lighting wasn’t great either. The spotlight seemed to struggle to stay on the performers.
I feel like we missed some amazing tricks due it the ice not being lit.

The show was amazing, great to see that you were able to take photos and video of the event. My Grandson is a huge Lighting MacQueen fan, so he was a little disappointed that there was not more of Lighting in the show. Just a small issue, we purchased a program, but the program doesn't reflect the show we had seen, like the program had Nemo, bit there was no Nemo in the show, hard to explain to a three-year-old.

The show was fun and capturing. The songs were awesome and Rayas performance was spectacular!
However the kids were absolutely devastated that Ariel was a no show this year.

We absolutely loved it. Everything was amazing, getting to the arena, storage for our luggage, people were so friendly and the show was amazing !

Multiple issues. Firstly, there were very few Arena Staff (none on any of the doors we checked). Only one food outlet open on the first upper level. The quality of the show, like last year, was at best average. Compared to 2024, it was considerably scaled down. Audio quality was poor to average. Lighting - especially the remote-controlled followspots - was quite poor. There was no story line, just a bunch of vignettes strung together with dialogue from the 5 original Disney characters. Props and sets poor to average.

It was very lovely.. perhaps a meet and greet of the characters would be an option for future shows.

We had a magical time. We had awesome seat

The staff and setting were really nice. The show was entertaining and fun.

I take my daughter and grandchildren every year as they absolutely love it, seeing the happiness on their faces makes my day

Had great time best Disney on Ice in three years of going.
On a not so good note:- we all dressed up in Disney Costume and were told only at ticket presentation to take our seats that Adults were not allowed to wear costume. There had been no communication from Ticketek or the various security checks that this was not allowed. I now understand why this is so but this needs to be communicated clearly during the ticket purchase process and information prior to event

I remember going to Disney on Ice as a child and absolutely loving it. Now I take my grandchildren and they love it as well

The variety of characters was good. The costumes were great too

My choice of seats was good, clear sight to the ice skaters down on the ice
There was no food available around near the entrances to doors 35 to 45 on the other side of the stadium, walking all the way around to the front area was time consuming with little ones in tow.
Queues at the toilets is always a problem at events - with little ones who can’t wait it is a big problem.
