Terrible products, misleading adverts for the tat they sell and more importantly disgusting customer service.
This company fails to respond to the customers communications.
Do not buy anything from this website.
Should they decide to answer my review, it is a real shame I cannot reply to their response and enclose the emails and evidence.

After going back and forth with this company, they are refusing to issue a full refund until my case is dropped against them. Leaving me with no protection at all if I did drop the case, I have denied to do this until issues a refund. They have since ghosted me

Absolutely a Scam company.
I bought a music album for immediate download. Used PayPal, who acknowledged receipt, so, all to the good up you then. But there download link does not work. It says ice paid for it & will deliver soon ... Urhh! How can you post a download link g it says it'll be ready for immediate downloading.
So pls treat this company as an out & out exercise in simply Scammers who should be treated accordingly.
In other words, useless.
Oh, yes, I forgot to mention that I emailed them too & got no replies.

Ordered what I thought was a 3d garden…
Ordered what I thought was a 3d garden gnome and received a small garden stake. I know it was my fault for not looking at more pictures but very misleading advertising. Sent a picture but the one on the product looks like someone else's mum! Very poor quality and definitely wont use the site again. Lesson learned to read the small print and ignore the lovely images initially shown. I will be the laughing stock of my family for years to come

Misaligned printing and horrible customer service
I ordered a mug with the printing of retro cassette tapes on it. It arrived with the printing misaligned and cut off the top of each tape. For example, the U was cut off on U2 and the V was cut off on Van Halen, etc. I contacted Printerval and requested a replacement or refund. They responded to each email about 4 days later, and each time they said that they will escalate this to another department. After 3 weeks, they still have not provided a resolution.

I ordered some specialized crocs…
I ordered some specialized crocs (William and Mary) and never received them at my address. They sent them to another state and said since it was delivered it was done. I have tried over 3 times to open a ticket and because it has been delivered (to the wrong address) that is all they say and close the ticket

When I complained I was very satisfied with the customer service and was immediately sent a replacement plaque. However after what happened to the first one I am not confident to put it outside in case the same thing happens again.

This company is terrible and a rip off
This company is terrible and a rip off! I ordered a pair of West Ham trainers and they arrived late. When I unpacked them part of the West Ham logo is hidden behind the sole of trainer! It looks as though they printed the logo first then added the sole of the trainer!
I’ve contacted customer services several times now and just get an automated response about “the wrong trainer size” completely different to what I’ve asked!
What they have sent me does not match what I believed I was buying as it’s completely different to the photo of the product advertised!
I will be contacting trading standards as this is ridiculous and their customer support is non existent
