Awful unusable web interface
I want to insert and object into an existing video using kling 1.6 multi elements. I followed a youtube training video, which made it look simple enough.
Then i visited your website and it all went downhill - fast.
There's no user support, and no user guide. There's no quick answers.
The menus are incomprehensible
There are random glossy images everywhere and meaningless advertising blurb that doesn't help you do anything
its like rummaging in a photographers bin in the dark praying for a result
I tried testing the 3.0 model, but the generate just returned saying that free accounts cant generate now. So I purchased 330 credits, yet it still said free accounts cant generate.
So on top of being confused, wasting time on something that should be easy, I'm now owed a refund.
The different kling models are possibly capable of what i need, but your website is so awful there's no way on the planet that I'd invest in a subscription - it already costs the user too much in lost time.
Extremely disappointing experience. DISGRACE!!!
I subscribed expecting a professional AI video generator, but most of my time was spent waiting for generations that either failed or completely ignored the references I provided.
The biggest problem is character consistency. Even when using both an image reference and a previous video as references, the character would randomly change face halfway through a 5-second clip. This happened repeatedly, making it almost impossible to create a coherent short film.
Generation times were also unacceptable. Simple 3–5 second clips often took 10–20 minutes, and on several occasions the process appeared to get stuck with no option to cancel. When the video finally finished, the result was often unusable.
Credits disappear very quickly because you end up regenerating the same shot over and over to fix mistakes made by the AI itself. It feels like you're paying multiple times just to get one usable clip.
Prompt following is inconsistent, character identity is unreliable, rendering is slow, and the platform burns through credits because of its own failures rather than user mistakes.
I wanted to like this service, but after spending a significant amount of credits, I still couldn't produce a consistent sequence with the same character. I won't be renewing my subscription.

De l'excellence au vol
Kling était numéro 1, avait toujours de l'avance sur les autres, et était simple à utiliser avec des tarifs honnêtes. Depuis, les crédits disparaissent si pas utilisés, le système de désabonnement même temporaire c'est un casse-tête que l'on abandonne par dépit. Du coup, lorsque l'on se fait prélever nous allons de suite demander l'annulation au support et car 14 jours de délai et non-utilisation des crédits. Autrefois la loi était respectée, ils annulaient et remboursaient. Maintenant, quel que soit le support ils ne répondent pas et ne remboursent pas. J'ai été volé de 92 euros environ. Tant pis, notre studio ira désormais à la concurrence pour notre gros projet. Je vous déconseille d'aller chez eux. Il ne faut pas regarder les très bons avis mais comment ils gèrent quand il y a un souci, et là c'est (devenu) une catastrophe ! Triste.

Do not fall for their standard package which will give 660 credit and apparently has all the higher tier benefits (that is what their pricing structure says), I applied to standard package, and wanted to create a simple image to video - the window immediately prompted to purchase higher team package for 2000US. There is no way I would create a image to video. Even though the profile page confirmed I had 660 credits. I emailed the company and they replied after 1 month. I had already deleted the account and asked my bank to reversed charged. I have saved all the prompts and a capture live video on what was happening. This is a fraud company. It does bait you on a standard subscription and then pushes you on higher pricing. Internet is flooded with Chinese AI video companies - and none of them will provide which country they are operating from or address. People giving them their credit card info. BEWARE OF THESE CHINESE COMPANIES.

Eigentlich gute Videos, habe keine Probleme damit aber arbeite damit und sie schulden mir 26'000 Chips. Aber sie leugnen es whement obwohl ich es schwarz auf weiss habe. Es ist dumm von ihnen aber karma schlägt iwann zurück. Sollen sie glücklich werden mit dem gestohlenen Geld. Es ist einfach nur noch lächerlich. Ich überlege die Plattform zu wechseln. Videos gut, support ist kein Support. Die machen das extra. Stell dich dumm und su musst nichts machen. So lautet ihre Devise.
Cancelé mi suscripción de Kling AI y lo renuevan continuamente
Cancelé mi suscripción de Kling AI antes de la renovación y completé el proceso de baja dentro de la plataforma. La cuenta figuraba como cancelada y, durante el proceso, indiqué el motivo: se habían retirado antes de tiempo créditos que habían sido prometidos.
Sin embargo, Kling no envía un correo de confirmación de cancelación ni conserva un historial accesible de las bajas realizadas. Tampoco deja constancia visible de la fecha, hora o motivo de cancelación, mientras que sí registra y notifica otros eventos, como renovaciones, promociones y créditos asignados.
Después de haber cancelado, la suscripción se renovó igualmente y se realizó un nuevo cobro. Al ingresar luego del cargo, el plan aparecía activo, como si la cancelación anterior nunca hubiera existido. Tuve que repetir el proceso de baja.
La baja actual sí quedó reflejada porque ahora aparece el botón “Resubscribe”, pero eso no resuelve que la cancelación anterior no haya quedado registrada ni el cobro posterior.
Hasta el momento, la experiencia de soporte y facturación ha sido muy deficiente: no hay trazabilidad clara de las cancelaciones, no hay correo de confirmación y el usuario queda sin forma de demostrar fácilmente que realizó la baja. Además, los resultados de la herramienta fueron muy inferiores a lo esperado.
No recomiendo el servicio mientras Kling no ofrezca un sistema transparente de cancelación, historial verificable y respuestas efectivas ante cobros posteriores a una baja.
Kling AI generates photo not accurate
Kling AI generates photo is no longer accurate anymore despite I already type the prompts multiple times. Too many generate restrictions and inaccurate photo results. I would not subscribe this app anymore because it automatically generates some trolls I wasn’t expected the prompts to be like that.
0, and I mean 0, customer service
There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone there, and I mean no way. All they offer is an email address that no one seems to resond to..........ever. So if you have an issue accessing your account, like I did, all of your work will be lost.............including the money you paid for the credits. Moreover, I now cannot even get into my acocunt to cancel my subsciption, so I have to cancel my credit card instead.

It turns out I can only generate short videos, limited to 720p, and they all include a watermark. If you want to remove the watermark or generate in 1080p, you're forced to buy a subscription on top of the credits you've already paid for.
This feels extremely misleading. To make matters worse, there's no customer support, and after countless prompts the image quality was still very poor.

They don’t cancel subscription and refund money even if I was charged just 5 minutes ago and immediately wrote to the support. This is not good for me, I don’t recommend this service. And generations are pretty expensive and u often get bugs or glitches .
Misleading and shady practices
Apparently they effectively "shadowban" users. You get a message "new tasks cannot be submitted temporarily" but it appears to be permanent. Seems pretty shady, luring people in and then pulling the rug out without having the guts to come right out and say it. And such a company expects people to cough over their payment information? It is to laugh.
Unable to continue with the workflow
The message the content you uploaded seems to violate the community guidelines appears so frequently even just for a simple walking pose without any violence?
That is so annoying and disturbs users' progress!

I have issues with my prompts being followed, even fairly simple ones. Even if your prompt is not followed and you have to try again, you're paying credits each time.
I also don't like that you lose unused credits every month, even though I am paying for them. I paid for a yearly subscription, and I'm supposed to get X amount of credits per month, that is what I paid for, so unused credits should roll over. Completely unfair.
The only reason I gave 2 stars vs 1 is because I have used some of the things that have been generated (although it's a small percentage).
I will not be renewing.

Poor service
Poor service. I signed up for a year plan, tried it, could not really figure outhouse it. Played around with it for a week. A year later they auto billed me, I went on the website to try to cancel, can’t find anywhere to cancel. Contacted customer support to cancel the auto renew subscription they said they can’t do it yourself follow these instructions. I asked for the payment to be reversed as I have not and will not be using the program they refused. I guess they need the money way more than I do. Bunch of scammers with crap customer service. Think twice before getting a subscription, there are so many more better legit ai products out there.
