Customers scan a QR code and join the queue in their phone browser. They see their place and wait time live, so they can wait anywhere.

Staff call, reorder, move and serve customers from any phone, tablet or laptop, with every device kept in sync.
Appointments
Bookings and walk-ins run in one queue, so a booked customer and a walk-in are served in the right order.
Live Capacity
Venues and events track how many people are inside, with guests scanning in and out by QR code.
Online ordering
Cafes and food venues take paid orders by QR code through their own Square account, with the order on their Square point of sale and a live board for staff.

The Team Behind ScanQueue
ScanQueue was founded in 2025 by Fernando Mendes and is built and operated by his software company, Tugadot Pty Ltd, on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Fernando started ScanQueue because waiting in line is one of the most common experiences in daily life, and one of the most wasted. Too many businesses still ran their queues on paper lists and called-out names, while the software that fixed it came with kiosks, ticket printers and sales calls. ScanQueue set out to make a fair, calm queue something any business could switch on in minutes: a QR code, the customer's own phone, and a price anyone can see.
The team builds the queue, notification, booking, capacity and ordering software in-house, and works with customers across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia.
