Each extra email costs $0.0005. You pay for 1,001 emails, not a block of 2,000.
A limit you choose
The default limit is $50 of extra email a month. You get an alert at 80% and at 100% of your included emails. Raise it, lower it, or pause extra emails.
What happens at the limit
Sends past it are refused until you raise the limit or the month resets. If you pause extra emails, sending stops at your plan's included volume.
Before you pick a plan
Do you charge per contact?
No. You are billed on emails sent. Each plan includes an active-contact allowance: 1,000 on Free, 10,000 on Starter, 50,000 on Growth, 250,000 on Scale.
What happens if I go past my plan?
Paid plans bill extra emails at exactly $0.50 per 1,000, up to your spend limit ($50 by default). Free stops at 3,000.
When do I pay for extra emails?
Extra emails are billed in arrears, on the monthly invoice that follows.
Do replies count against my emails?
No. Received email draws nothing from your monthly emails. Only the emails you send do.
Is there a daily limit?
Yes. Free sends 100 a day without a card and 1,000 with one. Starter 5,000 a day, Growth 20,000 a day, Scale 100,000 a day. New accounts start lower while they are reviewed.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Pay in your own currency. Checkout shows your local currency.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes. Add it and publish the DKIM and SPF records Samva generates, or connect Cloudflare or Vercel and they are added for you.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Pick a different plan in billing settings when your volume changes. Your integration stays the same.
