1. Introduction and agreement
This Privacy Policy describes how RankWorker collects, uses, discloses, and protects Personal Data. By accessing or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- "Website" means RankWorker and its related web pages.

- "Personal Data" means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
3. What the Website does
The Website helps Customers create SEO content workflows. Customers can add project context, target markets, keywords, sitemap information, audience settings, writing style, and custom instructions so RankWorker can generate content plans, planned article calendars, article drafts, article-derived visual assets, and ready-to-export Markdown.
4. Personal Data we collect
- Data Users provide: email address, account details, project and website information, keywords, target country or language, audience settings, content style, custom instructions, support messages, and other form submissions.
- Generated workflow data: content plans, planned article records, generated article drafts, article-derived visual assets, metadata, exports, edits, approvals, scheduling choices, and related usage history.
- Account and transaction data: trial status, plan information, subscription status, purchase details, checkout identifiers, billing events, and information needed to provide paid Services.
- Shopify integration data: store domains, selected blogs, encrypted app credentials and access tokens, and article and image identifiers used to publish your content. Disconnecting Shopify erases the saved credentials and token. Article mappings remain so reconnecting can update existing posts. Disconnecting does not delete posts or images from your Shopify store.
- Usage and technical data: device, browser, log, performance, and analytics signals used to operate, secure, debug, measure, and improve the Services.
5. How we use Personal Data
We use Personal Data to provide and operate the Services, including account access, project onboarding, content plan generation, article drafting, article-derived visual assets, dashboard features, Markdown exports, checkout and billing, support, abuse prevention, security, diagnostics, analytics, and Service improvement.
6. Email communications
We use your email address for service messages requested or needed to operate your account, such as sign-in codes, security and account notices, trial and purchase information, billing messages, and support replies. These are not promotional messages and do not depend on marketing consent.
If you separately opt in, we may email RankWorker product news, promotions, and discounts. The marketing checkbox is unchecked by default and optional. We record your choice and use it to manage marketing delivery. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop service emails.
Our email providers process addresses and delivery information on our behalf. We may use delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, and, when enabled, open or click information to operate and assess our email communications. We do not use an unchecked marketing box as consent to send promotional email. We do not buy email lists or send promotional messages to people who have not opted in.
7. GDPR legal basis and rights
Depending on the processing context, our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and support, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. To exercise GDPR rights, contact us at [email protected].
- Request access to your Personal Data.
- Request correction of inaccurate Personal Data.
- Request deletion of Personal Data where applicable.
- Request a copy of your data.
- Request restriction of, or object to, certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
9. Data retention
We retain Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain account and billing records, preserve generated workflow history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Retention of project data, Generated Output, and billing records may vary by plan, feature, and legal requirement.
10. Security and international transfers
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Personal Data. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If Personal Data is transferred internationally, we apply safeguards required under applicable privacy law.
