They lied about delivering my package from China to the U.S. It listed as having been delivered "to my mailbox" yet the package is too big to fit in any mailbox.

Their customer service is non-existent. Their email address is fake, their phone number non-existent and their "contact form" on their website will not complete the process of sending to them.

I am missing my package and have no way to find out more or get help. Very frustrating and causes me to have zero trust in this company.

My only recourse was to dispute the charges with my credit card company (they issued a temporary refund pending an investigation into the company) and be reimbursed so the scammers can’t profit.

The 4K Video Downloader+ app is well designed, easy to use, has excellent features and performs flawlessly 99.9% of the time.

On the rare occasion something does go wrong, the helpful customer service team responds quickly, usually in one day.

Sometimes, the app needs to be updated to adapt to changes on websites like YouTube; when this occurs, the developers get right on it and also resolve the issue very quickly so I'm never long without access to the app.

Did I mention that I LOVE this app. I actually miss it when it's down for even one day, LOL!
