LIke everyone else has said - scam company whose website now no longer works. I thought it was suspicious that updates would happen every 2 days and my package was claimed to have been delivered Have started the chargeback process under by credit card provider. days ago but of course this is nonsense.

I had zero issues during my time with OE, when I did need to use livechat I spoke to Bunmi who was super helpful

Being with 4th Utility is like ging back in time to the days of dial-up - service was fine at first but since an outage on 13/02/2025 it has been less than useless. Already raised a complaint where they did nothing and raised another yesterday, maybe this honest review of their useless service will get their attention?

Phone was delivered the day after ordering within the time slot provided which is amazing.

Bought a Sky broadband through moneysavingexpert and we are now on days 125. After emailing giftcloud they now say they need to investigate with Sky and to allow a furhter 20 days - absolute joke and from the rest of the reviews seems that this is a scam affecting many others.

Your company is a joke - bought a fridge freezer yesterday for delivery today. Get a message last night saying delivery between 1:15pm and 3:15pm, cool. Get another message at 12:58pm today saying the driver is nearby and will deliver at 13:23pm, great!

However....

After not receiving my delivery in the time slot, I called Marks at 15:45pm and was told my delivery would be in an hour, very annoying but ok.

Then, to my absolute astonishment I was called back a few minutes later to be told the very clear lie that the delivery driver had just been in an accident and now couldn't deliver today. What an absolute load of bull - your driver just couldn't be bothered to deliver and you came up with a ridiculous excuse. I was offered to rearrange delivery for another but that's no good to me, I am absolutely fuming at the utterly shocking "service" provided by Marks, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Actual photos of the actual discs you are going to buy is great and should be the standard. Ace provides excellent service, communication and delivery times.

Ordered a book only for them to realise 5 days later that they didn't actually have it. Won't be using them again.

5th purchase from LDGC and brilliant again, one of the best companies I've ever dealt with.

I've ordered from LDGC twice now and both times service has ben great, nice touches like sweets and discount codes are really appreciated. I got very good prices on some lovely Latitude 64 discs ready for when lockdown ends. Will definitely be ordering from them again in future.

They said that I had signed for my parcel which is utter bull, then it's impossible to speak to a human, tried the normal tricks of emailing the CEO, calling them out on social media etc but all ignored. An utter atrocity of a company. anyone in a similar situation to me should make a police report for theft, see if that gets their attention.

My package was delivered yesterday...although that's a total lie and they never even attempted. Are delivery drivers that stupid nowadays to not realise how many of us are working from home and can call them on there lies? I was quite definitely in my flat at 16:35 when my package was allegedly delivered, Hermes are a clown shoes company, utterly disgraceful.

Cheap and quick delivery, no complaints

My conveyancer was fine but really hard to contact directly by phone. It was all a bit impersonal and despite being a 1st time buyer I didn't feel like I was looked after.

I've been with BT for over a year and the broadband has never been great, for example I cannot watch football on BT sport because the quality is so poor (and no it's not just my device), but I've put up with it as it mostly works. However, in the past 3 weeks or so it's gotten even slower to the point where watching any streaming service - Netflix, Amazon, All 4 etc - is a pointless endeavor. I really wish I hadn't bothered going with them for a 2nd year, more fool me.

Staff were friendly and helpful, love the guitar I bought.
