We're actually already working on embroidery, and if everything goes as planned, we expect to roll it out to all customers in Q4! We know it's one of the most requested features, and we can't wait for everyone to try it.

We're sincerely sorry for the experience you've had, and we completely understand your frustration.

After investigating your case, we confirmed that your package was unfortunately lost in transit due to a shipping issue. We recognize that the investigation process took far too long, and we apologize that you were left waiting for an unacceptable amount of time. This is not the experience we want any customer to have.

To make this right, we've arranged a full refund for your order. If you'd still like to experience our products, we'd also be happy to send you a replacement order at no cost.

We also apologize that the support you received did not meet the standard we expect from our team. That's not the experience we want any customer to have.

Regarding the Domestic Service Fee you mentioned, after investigating internally, we confirmed that this is a technical issue with how the fee is displayed. We've already escalated it to our engineering team to improve the checkout experience and make all charges clearer and more transparent.
