Phoenix Plugins Opiniões 

Das Plugin lief relativ gut am Anfang. Nach einigen Updates von anderen kompatible Plugins und PhoenixLobby ist die Kompatibilität verloren gegangen. Die 3D Modelle NPCs spawnen mehrfach doppelt bis der Server crasht und das ist wirklich sehr schade. Der Support meinte man könnte was machen aber die Engine muss angepasst werden. Alles andere geht weiterhin.

PhoenixPlugins is a good studio for plugins, maps, and assets, but their customer support is a disaster. I’ve been a french customer of theirs since February 24, 2024. I wanted to reuse the PhoenixLobby plugin for my Minecraft PvP-Faction server, and when I created an NPC (regardless of the NPC type—“head,” huge item, citizen, modelengine”), and I spawned the NPC, its hologram didn’t appear—let alone its display name—even though its ID was correct and the hologram text was set to the default values defined by the PhoenixLobby plugin. I contacted support, and it’s been over 3 days since any staff member has addressed my ticket on their Discord server. Their AI, Zoé, is driving me crazy by constantly trying to create new threads for every message sent in the channels. And the PhoenixCrates plugin is also a disaster. You have to pay extra to grant access to a key for multiple chests and for its asset. Honestly, it really pisses me off that an amazing studio is so bad at managing its support. When they say a member of our team will handle your ticket during the service hours listed in certain forums, the staff is obligated to handle the ticket—at worst, they should say, “We’ll take care of you, but first I have a couple of issues to resolve, and then I’ll get back to you.” Not just, “Nothing.”

EDIT: And by the way, here's a small suggestion for the PhoenixLobby plugin: add a hologram feature so we can create holograms anywhere in our spawn/hub/lobby.

I kinda wish I had my money back, no offence but I think that you guys are for sure great at making plugins, I just think that you guys don't like, the system you use for phoenixduels just really isn't good for duels plugins like you just need to take a look at some other servers to see their plugins, unfortunately I will have to use another plguin even after buying all these addons.

I really like how the setup for the plugins work. It is very simple and easy to understand everything and to make changes. But I did not like the changes from myPhoenixStore to phoenixplugins. I got kind of confused but I think it got better now. So that’s probably the only thing I did not like when I bought them while they changed it. A second thing that I also noticed was the naming of everything. I read that there was phoenix practice then it got merged, but then something about phoenix duels pro got mentioned but only once? And I couldn’t find anything regarding that name. And I still do not really understand it. But that’s it for the user experience. The quality of their plugins is also amazing (so far I’ve tried the Lobby and practice/duels plugins). The plugins quite literally never crashed once besides misconfigurations from me. They are very stable. So that’s it for my review. Really like their plugins and would definitely recommend them to other server owners.

The quality and support offered with this plugin is perfect for any minecraft server.
IMO it's the best crates plugin available, and well worth getting te pro version for all the extra features

WORST PvP Plugin EVER if you want something for your server either buy a custom for cheaper than this shit (It's 20 + like 40 dollars for addons)

Peak plugins, really high quality and are perfect for my server

There were some problems when updating when you changed the plugin but those were fixed already but I love the plugin & it's very easy to use & I love the non p2w feature

Honestly, not the best. I have never had such a unorganized experience at puchaseing plugins. On my phone here at the official site the price was listed as 17.99 euros, when I got on my pc the price was 19.99 euros. Its nothing yes but still wierd. When I tried puchasing the plugin I was slapped with a whoping extra 27% tax fee with +6 euros. Never written anywhere until the checkout and only in small letters. Uppon paying the payment provider could not register my account and failed to process it. Additionally My bank notified me at my first time puchasing that its a risky website and there is an aditional +5% hidden fee of transferring the currency. At the end I did purchase the plugin since its great but there is room for improvment with the website. The plugins provided are not bad and thats not why I wrote this reveiw.
