Question 1

How much does Pro Launch cost?

Accepted Answer

Pro Launch has three launch plans: Free Launch ($0), Startup Launch ($7.99), and Premium Launch ($39.99) — each priced per launch. Optional add-ons include Sponsored Listings ($59.99/month) and guest posts ($29.99 one-time).

Question 2

What's included in the Free Launch?

Accepted Answer

The Free Launch ($0) gives you a permanent project page, a feature on the homepage, and one of up to 25 weekly slots. It includes a nofollow backlink that upgrades to a dofollow link when you add the Pro Launch badge to your site.

Question 3

What's the difference between Free and Startup Launch?

Accepted Answer

Startup Launch ($7.99) builds on the Free Launch by adding a guaranteed dofollow backlink, access to earlier launch dates, a 90-day scheduling window, and 1 relaunch — so you get stronger SEO value and more control over timing.

Question 4

What is the Founder Pass?

Accepted Answer

The Founder Pass is a one-time payment of $99.99 that makes you a Pro Founder for 12 months from payment confirmation. It's not a subscription and never renews automatically. While it's active you get 1 free Startup Launch per launch week, Pro Founder prices (50% off) on Premium Launches ($19.99 instead of $39.99), Guest Posts ($14.99 instead of $29.99), and Sponsored Listings ($29.99 instead of $59.99), plus a Pro Founder label on your profile and an embeddable Pro Founder badge.

Question 5

Does the Founder Pass renew? Can I buy it again?

Accepted Answer

No, it never renews: when the 12 months are up, your Pro Founder status simply ends. We email you 7 days before it expires. You can buy a new Founder Pass once the current one has expired, but not while it's still active, so passes never overlap or stack. The Founder Pass is personal to one person or agency per account and can't be transferred.

Question 6

What do I actually get when I launch?

Accepted Answer

Every launch gets a permanent project page, a feature on the homepage, and a spot in the weekly Tuesday lineup. Paid tiers add a guaranteed dofollow backlink, earlier launch dates, relaunches, and — on Premium — a dedicated SEO article written to rank for your product.

Question 7

How many products launch each week?

Accepted Answer

Launches happen once a week, every Tuesday at 8:00 AM UTC. We keep each week intentionally limited: up to 25 Free, 10 Startup, and 3 Premium projects, so every product gets real visibility.

Question 8

Can I schedule my launch in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick the exact Tuesday you want to launch — Free Launches can be scheduled up to 365 days ahead, and paid launches up to 90 days ahead — so you can line your launch up with the rest of your marketing.

Question 9

How is the Premium SEO article created?

Accepted Answer

We test your product first — taking notes, capturing screenshots, and creating custom illustrations. We use AI to streamline the workflow after testing, but every article is reviewed, edited, and finalized by our human team to make sure it's accurate and high quality.

Question 10

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Paid launches, the Premium SEO article, and Sponsored Listings are final and non-refundable once they're active. There are two exceptions. Guest posts: if we don't accept your submission, you're automatically refunded in full. The Founder Pass: it's refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, as long as you haven't used any Pro Founder benefit yet (no free launch booked and no purchase at a Pro Founder price). A refund or chargeback ends Pro Founder status immediately. The full conditions are in the Founder Pass section of our Terms of Service.
