I bought an isp proxy from them expecting a clean ip but when I checked it was already blacklisted and had a fraud score of 93 when I asked for a replacement they refused even though it had only been an hour after purchase. Truly dissatisfied 😒

Hi Urus, sorry to hear you're unhappy with the IP you received.
A quick note on the fraud score: we assess IP quality using IP2Location, which is our reference point. Third-party checkers like IPQS or Scamalytics often return very different scores for the same IP, so a 93 on one of them doesn't necessarily reflect how the IP actually performs. That's also why a high third-party score on its own isn't something we replace on.

Super trash. All the reviews are fake. I wouldn’t even give it 1 point. All their proxies come from the same local network and the same subnet.
Because I used their ISP proxy, all of my YouTube channels got banned. Don’t buy this—ever. It will absolutely cause you major losses.

Hi Jassene, sorry your channels ran into trouble.
On the subnet point: our ISP pool covers multiple providers and subnets. We don't guarantee unique subnets across separate orders, but the proxies don't all come from one local network.
On the YouTube bans: account suspensions are usually driven by account-level signals like activity patterns, history, and automation, not by the IP alone. A clean IP can't override how the account itself behaves, so it's hard to tie the bans to the proxy without more detail.
