FRAUD!!

Ordered one one piece boosters from their store in Shopify back in DEC 2025. IG, email no response, no reply, nothing. product never came. Shopify can't issue refunds, and It is just a gong show.

Scammer company.
Order cases from them. At first they reply quickly. But now they decide to block all the social media from me and do not reply any question.

Do not order from them.

Absolutely smashed it once again. Couldn’t ask for anything more from PackRipperz.

Have a preorder with them back in last year September for one piece, up to January they would still update the status, but recently when I tried to contact them never got reply. Through email, IG

Absolutely terrible experience. I genuinely don't believe they ever intended to supply the products I paid for.

First, I ordered an OP13 case through their eBay store. They cancelled the order, claiming there was an issue with eBay, yet still asked me to leave positive feedback.

I then placed an order for OP14 through their official website, spending nearly £3,000 in total. After taking my money, they ignored me for months. Every time I chased for an update, I was given a different excuse.

Thankfully, I was able to recover all of my money. From my experience, it felt like they were using customers as an interest-free loan.

Just look through the other reviews and you'll see a consistent pattern. Their customer service is an absolute joke. They repeatedly tell customers to contact them through their website, yet they don't respond when you do. I contacted them through whatnot, email, WhatsApp and Instagram. They ignored me on every single one.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to think twice.

They state that OP13 cases were fulfilled, but this a not true at all. I did not receive my allocation despite being told I was a priority customer and it looks like from other reviews neither did anyone else. They even told me I would be a priority for OP14 and OP15 allocations and I've heard nothing from them, even though we are at OP16 now.

They make it seem like it's my fault for not contacting them, even though I have tried to contact them every possible way. I used their website form, email, WhatsApp and Instagram. They couldn't be bothered to reply to any one of them.

Again, I encourage potential customers to read the experiences shared by other One Piece buyers to see just how shady this company is. Just using people as bank loans as I stated before. The worst thing is the communication, basically non existent but they are extremely quick to reply to negative reviews and lie their teeth off.

Update: 7/13/2026- communication has been going well and still working on a resolution and have been working with them towards a solid resolution. Thus far I am regaining faith in Packripperz.

Update as of 6/24/2026, Packripperz reached out shortly after the review I posted and the communication and dialog are going well. We are working on a resolution or possible compromise. Will provide an update as things go along. And and am increasing my rating based on recent dialog.

Placed an order back in Dec. Communication was great at first and then stopped, I had emailed multiple times and nothing. They disappeared on shop and I looked them up and found them again and put in an inquiry on their website with my order number and still nothing. They seem to have taken the money and ghosted me.

I saw someone else experience the same and I have not submitted a charge back yet, so there is no reason for them not to have continued communication. I have been trying to reach out multiple times via the emails that I have gotten responses from and still nothing.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM. I too was hoping they were legit but I have seemed to made an error.

If a company has been Communicating and all of a sudden stop and then use the excuse that someone may have been trying to reach them on outdated addresses and have the common decency to make an effort to contact the people they already took money from to let them know of any changes is shady.

My order was placed in Dec 25' and still waiting to now May 26'. Hoping they do the right thing and either give me what I paid for or give me the money they so gladly took.

Contacted them multiple times about my order from December. No replies. Even messaged them on insta and no replies but they constantly keep posting stories. Really had high hopes that they were legit but too good to be true. Ordered one piece cases and spent about 4k on 2 orders. Seems like they follow through with low budget orders but when it comes to over 1 or 2k, they seem to take your money and ghost you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Issue with postage quickly resolved. Product arrived as sold. Will buy again.
