While they are affordable, I can honestly say that within 20 years of using reseller hosts this one is the absolute worst. A summary of some issues... they lost accounts, and only found them weeks later, refused to allow migration, backup was down for almost a month and urgency is just not in their vocabulary.
My business is a small one now but it has been reduced by 50% as a consequence of dealing with this company. DON'T DO IT.

I have been using MdmHost for a couple months now and I have had 0 down time. I needed help with something and with there support being online 24/7 I was able to get help without issue and the pricing is wonderful too along with all the features best hosting company ever.

I switched to MdmHost after having issues with my previous provider, and I'm glad I did. The migration process was smooth, and the support team guided me through everything. Excellent service and reliable hosting.

I had a terrible experience with MDM Host. Their technical support was incredibly slow, unhelpful, and seemed unable to resolve even simple issues. Communication was frustrating, and I ended up wasting a lot of time trying to fix problems myself.

I would not recommend MDM Host based on my experience.

I have a problem with a package that I just bought, and after a long time problem solving process I asked for refund which was submitted on May 7th (with in 30 day refund policy). Since then, I have continuously been informed that the refund process would take 7–14 days, but until now the issue remains unresolved, and I keep receiving the same response to “wait another couple of days.”
starting from 31 May there is no reply from MdmHost (billing, support) any department

This guy is number 1 scammer using cracked softwares and application to provide so called hosting services, due to this your data can be leaked or your websites will be infected with virus, if this happened he will blame you. This pakistani is only good in faking and pretends mdmhost is big company..lol

I had been using this reseller hosting service for a long time, but unfortunately the experience became very disappointing recently.

This month alone, we experienced nearly a full week of instability and downtime affecting cPanel, WHM, email services, and overall server accessibility. The explanation provided was related to a security/cPanel update, however the issue lasted far longer than what would normally be expected for professional hosting infrastructure.

Websites were partially accessible at times, but critical services like email and hosting management were unavailable for extended periods, which seriously affected our work and clients.

Support responses were polite, but the resolution process was extremely slow and lacked clear communication or accurate ETAs.

After losing confidence in the service reliability, we decided to migrate all accounts to another provider.

I hope the company improves its infrastructure management and outage handling in the future.

I paid in advance $1,845.30 USD for 1 year dedicated server.. It is over 6 months & I still did not get ,y order & got blocked by support. No manners & not a minimal decent behavior. Just thieves. They got their money & completely disappeared. I already wrote a few times here about it & nothing changed. They do not care to enjoy stolen money. Worst "support service" & worst manners. They literally enjoy bullying & abusing.

Very bad experience we had with this company and till date we are suffering due to them .. I never seen in whole my life careless company like them .. they dont care about their clients suffer and taking days to resolve the issues - I never recommend them to anyone except to my enemies .. I think using this company is very big punishment and speed up closing the company business
