I bought two cases from Kinder Planet Company and I couldn't be happy! The cases are cute, funny and protective. The shipping and tracking was also very easy to follow and everything arrived well protected. I will buy again for sure ! I'm in love with the design and feel haha it's so funny!

Ordered a phone case because the illustrations are fantastic, however the quality is terrible and especially for the price point. I have ordered from Burga before and they're pricey but rightly so, phone cases are durable and high quality. The returns process is difficult, I was asked to provide proof of the item and that it was not damaged or used (despite me making a query immediately after I received it). They did give me the returns address, I have paid for tracked and signed delivery and have had to chase up for my refund. I will update my trust pilot to 3 stars if I get my refund but honestly would prefer 0 stars.

I have purchased a phone case 3 months ago. The prices for cases are high. I thought maybe it has higher quality but it doesn't. the colors are fading in 3 months. it is easily cracked.
I will not re-purchase or recommend it to anyone.

Great products. Love the pints and would definitely order more. I had an issue with evry delivery and customer service support was amazing and help solving the issue even tho it was not there issue. Wana make clear the issue was with Evey delivery.

I have reached out 10 (yes ten) times since April in order to receive an invoice, after 2-3 times receiving an answer form customer service saying it will arrive soon, top priorities, I still have nothing and my mails are not even receiving answers anymore. That is a lack of professionalism.

I was quite excited to support a small company which I try to do when upgrading my phone & purchasing a new, unique case. Although I like the design, and quality seems good – the bezel for the camera is quite small and does not offer much protection. This is a very important piece that I want to protect on my phone so worth considering when making a purchase. Thanks!

Order somehow went through with the wrong type of phone (I'm happy to own up to user error but I legitimately can't even figure out how it would have happened) and, knowing full well I couldn't return the case to Lithuania, I reached out. Customer service was great and I got the option of getting 50% a replacement, which I took. They were very helpful and responsive.

The company dealt with my lost order really well so no complaints there. Only issue is that the phone cases are so slippery that I now drop it more easily and it slides off things when I put it down. Great designs but they need to be made of silicone or something similar.

I ordered 2 phone cases and immediately after I hit purchase I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company about 2 minutes after ordering to ask if they could modify my order. The next morning I received an email that my order was processed and shipped. I had never heard back about modifying my order.

Later that day I was told I could send the wrong size case back once I received it but there was nothing they could do because the order was dispatched before customer service could answer my query.

I was told I was responsible for shipping. As I'm based out of the UK, shipping alone would've cost as much as my order.

Do not order from here if you anticipate needing to return or exchange anything. My product was marked as shipped from Lithuania but returns were supposed to go to the UK.

Also they have very annoying auto response emails from customer service saying "I hope you’re doing well. I messaged you a few days ago and haven’t heard back, so I just wanted to check in to see if you received my message. Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help." I received this email at least 5 times even while I had other active emails with a customer service agent.

Coque et impressions de très bonne qualité, solide et designs très mignons. Tout ce qu'on demande à une coque de téléphone. Aucun problème de livraison en France.

Vorsicht bei Rücksendungen – gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht wurde erst nach Drohung akzeptiert

Ich habe bei Kinder Planet Company sechs Handyhüllen bestellt. Da ich von meinem gesetzlichen Widerrufsrecht bei Fernabsatzverträgen fristgerecht Gebrauch machen wollte, habe ich versucht, drei der Hüllen zurückzugeben.
Der Kundenservice verweigerte mir die Rückgabe mit der Behauptung, es handle sich um „Made-to-Order“-Produkte. Dies ist faktisch falsch: Die Hüllen wurden in keiner Weise personalisiert oder individuell angefertigt. Es liegt also kein Grund vor, der das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht ausschließt.
Erst nach einem zähen Hin und Her und der schlussendlichen Ankündigung, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten und entsprechende Bewertungen auf Trustpilot etc. zu veröffentlichen, wurde einer Retoure endlich zugestimmt. Ich finde es sehr enttäuschend, dass man als Kunde erst mit einem Anwalt drohen muss, um seine gesetzlich verankerten Rechte bei einem Online-Kauf durchzusetzen. Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen und kann den Shop aufgrund dieses Geschäftsgebarens nicht empfehlen.

Caution regarding returns – statutory right of withdrawal only accepted after threats

I ordered six phone cases from Kinder Planet Company. As I wanted to exercise my statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling contracts within the legal time limit, I attempted to return three of the cases.
The customer service department refused the return, claiming that these were "made-to-order" products. This is factually incorrect: the cases were not personalized or custom-made in any way. Therefore, there is no grounds for excluding the statutory right of withdrawal.
Only after a difficult back-and-forth and the eventual threat of taking legal action and posting reviews on platforms like Trustpilot, etc., was the return finally approved. I find it very disappointing that a customer has to threaten legal action just to exercise their legally guaranteed rights when making an online purchase. I will not be ordering from this shop again and cannot recommend it due to these business practices.

It was incredibly hard to choose a design for my phone case, there were just so many gorgeous ones to choose from! The decision made, I placed my order. It took a couple of weeks to get to me but I knew it had a very long way to travel to Australia. It arrived today and I'm thrilled! It's absolutely gorgeous!

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong phone case by mistake, but the customer service from Kinder Planet was outstanding from start to finish. After getting in touch, I received a response almost immediately, and the process to resolve the issue was quick and straightforward. I was asked to provide a few details along with photo confirmation, and once submitted, a replacement was arranged and dispatched without any hassle and at no extra cost.

Maria, in particular, was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire interaction.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values good customer service and handles issues so efficiently. I’m very impressed with the level of support I received and would have no hesitation in purchasing from Kinder Planet again in the future!

Scam company. I never received my order which for some reason is being shipped from Lithuania despite their website claiming to have printing facilities in Australia? Their website also states 3-5 day shipping time. They have also not responded to my emails and messages requesting a refund. Their website has a “chat” service however it does not function as one and instead claims all responses will be sent via email “as soon as possible”. It shows staff are online and yet no one responds. Terrible company.

Edit: thanks for confirming that your “chat” feature is nothing more than a glorified email form. This is yet another form of deceptive communication. I also sent you a screenshot of the misinformation regarding items being printed in Australia and you seemed to have no idea how to navigate your own website. Not only this, it is all over your social media that you print items in various countries and provide local shipping in those countries including Australia. This is being positioned as one of your USPs and is very misleading.
Lastly, my order has still not left the country it is being shipped from so I don’t expect it to arrive in the next few days and meet your “standard delivery” time frame. Rest assured I will be in touch again after that time frame has surpassed and will be expecting a full refund.
