I have never sounded so professional. Jace remembers the history and relationships before drafting responses that sound just like I wrote them. I'm often impressed by its attention to detail and its ability to bring up details that I had, quite frankly, forgotten or overlooked. Additionally, it drafts friendly but professional-sounding follow-up reminders to important email threads that go unanswered, which helps keep me on track. Highly recommended.

The reviews trend tells you all you need to know: Was great, now NOT WORTH IT...total bait and switch.
When I started it was $20/month and you could use it to help draft emails, auto draft replies ready for me to tweak and send, make recommendations on situations and responses, it read emails to gather aggregate information providing a very simple layout. It learned my style. I used it daily. Then they changed the pricing model to use credits (Feb/Mar26), and for the same $20 you get 10000 credits and I burned through them in 3 days (even being very mindful). A Simple question like "What was the link that allowed me to xxxx" can eat 600-800 credits. I tried 2 more months, but even using Jace less than 5% of what I did previously, I still run out of credits. They advised me to not use featured tools like auto-drafting or chat so as to preserve credits (not a lot of benefit left after that). These features burn far too many credits in the background without ANY interaction. I have to abstain 5 days at a time to preserve credits and still run out before 30 days. Even If I paid double for 20000 credits, Id have to use it at around 10% capacity and likely run out. Its a great tool to use. I have a lot of good things to say about how the solution works. But far overshadowed by the inability to use the main features...not worth it. You cant use it...

They switched their billing system to a credit model out of nowhere and now it's unreasonably expensive. Will build this out elsewhere.

Jace is genuinely an excellent tool. The product itself works very well and has been valuable for my workflow, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

I subscribed for a full year based on a pricing model built around a specific number of emails per month. Mid-subscription, that model was changed to a credit-based system. In practice, the new limits feel extremely low and will almost certainly cost me more than what I originally agreed to when I signed up.

I raised my concerns with customer support, but the response was essentially that no changes would be made.

My frustration is not with the quality of the tool... it is strong. It is with changing the commercial terms during an active annual subscription. That creates a real sense of distrust and disappointment.

Great product, but this pricing change has seriously damaged my confidence.

Been on Jace Pro for about five months. 126+ rules, 4 Gmail inboxes, Motion API connected, Google Sheets, Drive, etc — pretty deep setup.

The product itself? Legitimately excellent. The writing style capture is kind of scary good. Cross-thread context is something I haven't found anywhere else. When it works the way it's supposed to, it saves me real time every single day.

But the credits switch in March broke my trust a little.

I actually had a conversation with the Jace team back in January and flagged that a Manus-style credits model would be a problem for power users — specifically people running multi-tool-call workflows. Those concerns didn't really land. The switch went through with minimal communication to existing users, my account got stuck in a migration loop for a few days, and credits didn't reset properly after I purchased the annual plan.

The structural issue: there's no middle ground between 40k and 80k credits — just double the price. And you get charged for auto-drafts you never use, which adds up fast when you have 126+ rules firing. No transparency on what each action actually costs, so you're basically just watching the number go down.

I've sent detailed feedback directly to the team. I'm not bailing (yet) — the product is too good for that. But if you're a power operator considering Jace, go in with eyes open on the credit economics. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's a conversation you'll eventually need to have with them.

It was initially really good but functionality has been declining and bugs aren't getting fixed. The support team can't provide me with estimated timelines to fix bugs, one bug that has been outstanding for months now is that at least 1 email is completely missing from my inbox which is a huge concern. It is a really great product but I wish they would focus on it and fix bugs and keep building it out.

When Jace first started, it was honestly fantastic. Support was great and everything worked smoothly.
But now, after just seven days, we’ve already burned through all our credits of this month (!). We had to top up $75 per seat, and that’s gone again within 24 hours. At this rate, it’s simply not workable.

Right now, hiring actual staff is cheaper than using Jace. We’ve emailed support multiple times from different addresses and still haven’t received any reply.

We’d really like to see this fixed quickly. Otherwise, we’ll have no choice but to switch to something else.

When jace first started it was amazing, I could get support not that I really needed it. Now I have Jace telling me that after just 3 days I have used all my credits (although the billing section says I have 40000 credits left) the billing has no clarity its like on a "trust us basis" ... the thing using most of my credits is the auto draft and I delete 98% of all auto drafts.

After a week of waiting for their support to eventually message me back they tell me I can turn that off but I have and it continues to do auto drafts (btw I should not have to your product should work as advertised or you do not charge me, I should not be charged for deleted auto drafts).

Anyway as at right now I can not use Jace and I can not top up credits becuse you click on that and nothing happens and I can not get a hold of anyone and no one is replying to my emails in a timley manner.

They had the nerve to say "48 hours" which beside not achieving that 48hours is to bloody long when you have a business and staff to run and I am paying for this system.

No not sign up to this hot mess.

Jace has been extremely helpful in drafting email, getting my inbox organized and being able to retrieve any sort of information instantly. But the most surprising was its capacity of analyzing all sorts of documents, plans, contracts, and provide with a surprisingly insightful list of comments and recommendations. It has become an invaluable assistant.

This is almost the app ive been waiting for. Of course, there is functionality I still need, but man I love Jace

Jace works intelligently in the background and connects my systems in an intelligent and intuitive manner. I feel more informed and in control using the product. Still learning, but so far it's a game changer.

I m using aprox 7 months , amazing usefull. everybody must use pro pack.

The tool itself is amazing. Having integrated it into my professional email inbox, it straight away understood the tenor of my writing style. What was even more impressive is how it was able to understand the detail of my emails and draft replies based on previous email correspondence, content for email attachments and my calendar.

This genuinely is a game-changer of a tool for people who get a ton of email each day. It's helped me prioritise what comes into my inbox and makes me more responsive to the messages that need prioritisation.

Great addition to my productivity!

Jace.AI has taken much of the brain-draining work out of my daily email routine. After about 20 or so emails sent with auto draft, I've been able to tweak the response to sound like me with the correct information. I always double-check each response, but it has been great about matching my writing style.The ability to look at context from other conversations is something that Chat GPT has trouble with or just doesn't do, so it took a lot of tweaking every message to get the correct response.

Ich liebe dieses Produkt und nutze es wirklich sehr gerne. Für mich ist es deutlich besser als Superhuman, sowohl in der Bedienung als auch in der Gesamtfunktionalität. Alles wirkt durchdacht, schnell und zuverlässig, was die tägliche Nutzung sehr angenehm macht und mir viel Zeit spart.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich außerdem den Support. Das Team reagiert schnell, ist immer freundlich und geht wirklich auf Fragen oder Probleme ein. Man hat das Gefühl, ernst genommen zu werden und nicht nur eine Standardantwort zu bekommen. Insgesamt eine rundum sehr positive Erfahrung – bitte macht genauso weiter!

Jace.ai is AMAZING at analyzing your own personal emails so that it can draft replies that sound exactly like you wrote it yourself, whether that means adding faith-based comments to your replies or having them sound extremely professional, it does it all! It even researches things online in order to reply with knowledgeable information and questions, if needed. It has saved me so much time and energy, even if my brain is just "mush" at the moment, Jace.ai saves the day and words things better than I could.

My go-to email app now. I wish they have a mobile app because I rely on it so heavily for responding to emails.

Great company with a very involved founder and an excellent engineering team. They are actively improving the product, which is already great.

So far there isn't enough good things I can say about Jace. It is like this guy is in my head and writing the email like me. From the minute I signed up, the replies have have been spot on. I cannot wait to see how Jace evolves.

Great software for my business. I can't believe it!!!
