This company sucks, and they don’t issue refunds, and also when you call there customer service number for a refund, they leave you on hold for over 20 minutes, and then your call gets dropped from them! I highly recommend and advise you to never do business with this very shady company ever! And also they told me if I don’t erase this message, that I’m writing on trust pilot, that there not going to give back my refund!😡😡😡

Elon Musk was looking for people to train Ai. I wanted in. I purchased the product.. but instead of going through it said that I had inseficient funds. The next day I went to the bank and asked for my statement of transactions from my bank. The statement says the transaction went through on 7/09/26, the day I bought the product. But trying to get explodely to give me the product?. They won't. They tell me to ask for a refund and I need the order number, which I don't have because it said I had insufficient funds and the purchase was not made. The bank paid them. I have proof. My bank statement!! I send them pics of the statement, and they close the ticket. Seems like it's the company that collects the money that is the scammer. I rTe explodely a minus 100.

The communication was quick straight forward no beating around the bush. They reminded me of thier part in the transaction which made me aware of why the.role they had was taken seriously. From my perspective they were spot on as too what I as a customer always hope for professional in communicating and amount of time taken to.resolve my concerns. Been running traffic to digital offers on Explodely for a year now. The tracking setup is accurate and payouts are consistently on time. The dashboard looks a bit basic compared to other networks, but functionality-wise it does exactly what it needs to.
