Overview

Package report adds up the lines the service writes into the numbers they are written for: how many tasks were asked for, handed in, accepted and refused, at which attempt and why, how long the chat's model took to write one, whether the chance of a right answer a task was handed out at came true, whether the estimate of a child keeps up as the answers pile up — the same child's later answers set against its earlier ones —, how soon a topic a child was shown as mastered is taken back, which limits were reached, how the tools answered and how long they took beside their calls to Drive, what became of the traces, and how busy the busiest minute was — by the version of the instructions a task was written to and by the chat host that called. It also holds every line to the rules of the log: an event the service is decided to write, the fields decided for it, and nothing shaped like an email address.

It reads the service's own lines, one JSON object each: a log of a local run as the service wrote it, or the payloads of the entries Cloud Logging keeps, with what Cloud Logging moved out of them put back and the instance that wrote each beside it. The report is Markdown.

const (
	EarlierTo = 50
	LaterFrom = 101
	LaterTo   = 200
)

The two ranges of the child's answers set against each other: the last answer of the earlier, and the first and the last of the later. The earlier ends before the overall level's step comes to its floor; the later stays past it, and ends where a child of the learners' bench stops answering, so that the live numbers and the bench's can be laid side by side.

The answers in a topic after it was shown as mastered that a mastery is read within: the first few, which a child truly past the topic may still slip on, and those to the tenth, which the share taken back is read by.

Functions

func Decided added in v0.2.4

func Decided(event, field string) bool

Decided says whether a line of the event may carry the field: one decided for the event, one of any line written inside a request, or one every line has. No field is decided for an event nobody decided on.

func EmailIn added in v0.2.4

func EmailIn(text string) string

EmailIn is the email address a text carries, as it is written or once its percent-escapes are undone; empty when it carries none. An address has an at sign, written or escaped, so a text with neither an at sign nor a percent sign carries none, which most texts of a line are.

func Fits added in v0.2.5

func Fits(event, field string, value any) bool

Fits says whether a value is one the field of the event may hold. Only the fields of the events the children are counted from are held to a form; any other field may hold whatever its event is decided to carry.

func Known added in v0.2.4

func Known(event string) bool

Known says whether the service writes lines of the event.

func Run

func Run(in io.Reader, out io.Writer) error

Run reads the lines from in, adds them up and writes the report to out.

Types

type ChanceRange added in v0.3.2

type ChanceRange struct {
	Name     string
	From, To int
}

ChanceRange is a range of the chance a task was handed out at, as the report counts an answer in it: its name, and the lowest and the highest chance it holds, in hundredths, as the line writes a chance.

func ChanceRanges added in v0.3.2

func ChanceRanges() []ChanceRange

ChanceRanges are the ranges the report counts a chance in, from the lowest, each beginning one hundredth past the range before it. They are made afresh on every call, so that nothing done with them changes what the report counts.

type Followed added in v0.2.7

type Followed struct {
	Answers, TakenBackAt int
	// contains filtered or unexported fields
}

Followed is a topic a child was shown as mastered, followed through the child's answers in that topic after it: how many answers followed it, and at which of them it was taken back, none while it was not.

func (*Followed) Answer added in v0.2.7

func (f *Followed) Answer(correct bool) bool

Answer follows the mastery through one more answer in its topic, and says whether that answer took it back, as the service takes a mastery back: at the second wrong answer in a row. An answer is wrong as the service counts it, one with the hint or "I don't know" among them, and a right answer, with the hint or without, ends the run.
