func CacheOptions ¶
CacheOptions returns the manager cache configuration shared by the operator binary and the test suite. The PipelineRun informer caches every run in the cluster, and full objects are large (managedFields plus the fully resolved pipeline spec Tekton inlines into status routinely reach tens of kilobytes); stripping the fields the reconciler never reads keeps the operator's memory proportional to run count, not run size.

Reconcile is part of the main kubernetes reconciliation loop which aims to move the current state of the cluster closer to the desired state.
All queue state is derived from the live PipelineRun set on every call: the controller keeps no in-memory bookkeeping between reconciles.
