Acceptance

By using PeekLaunch (peeklaunch.com) you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

  • PeekLaunch operates this website. No separate registered company name is published here.
  • You must be at least 13 and able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.
  • Browsing public pages without an account is still use of the Service.
  • PeekLaunch is described on About. Launch questions are on the FAQ.

Accounts

  • Sign in with Google (NextAuth) or with email and password through Supabase.
  • Email sign-up requires you to confirm the address.
  • Keep your login details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Report unauthorised use to [email protected].
  • Delete the account from Settings or by emailing us. Details of what is removed are in the Privacy Policy.

Maker content

Product listings, comments, ratings, and profile fields stay yours. You grant PeekLaunch a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, index, cache, and create text copies of that content so we can run the board, product pages, sitemaps, RSS, and public machine-readable files.

  • You must have the rights to submit names, logos, screenshots, copy, and links.
  • Do not put secrets in public listing or profile fields.
  • Public content may be crawled by search engines and AI tools.
  • Removing content from PeekLaunch does not instantly erase third-party caches or copies.

Publishing and launches

Listings move through draft, scheduled, live, unpublished, and rejected states. A public catalog page requires live status and a recorded badge check. PeekLaunch does not promise a permanent homepage slot or that a live page stays listed forever. More launch detail is on the FAQ.

  • Free launches are $0. Each ISO week has 25 Free seats. Premium and Premium+ skip that cap for the paid product.
  • You can pick from the open launch weeks shown on the create or edit form (currently eight upcoming ISO weeks).
  • A listing needs a valid https website and the other required submit fields.
  • After launch week, a live listing can still appear in week archives, recently launched, Top Products, and the product catalog.
  • You may edit or unpublish from the dashboard. Operators may reject or unpublish a listing that breaks these Terms.

Votes, comments, and reviews

Votes

  • You must be signed in.
  • You cannot upvote your own listing.
  • You must use Visit on that listing before you can upvote (remembered via a visit record or the pl_visited cookie).
  • You may remove your vote. That decrements the count.

Reviews and replies

  • Top-level reviews are 2 to 1,000 characters, with a 1 to 5 star rating, and no links.
  • Text that includes http(s) or www is rejected.
  • Replies are one level deep and do not take a rating.
  • Makers cannot post a top-level review on their own product. They may reply to a review.

Weekly board order is votes, then comments, then Premium as a tie-break, then oldest. Paying cannot buy #1. PeekLaunch may hide comments, reset manipulated votes, and change ranks when moderation requires it. PeekLaunch does not claim a separate automated fraud-detection product beyond these rules and operator review.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Submit content you do not own or have permission to publish.
  • Submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material, including malware or phishing.
  • Harass or impersonate others.
  • Manipulate upvotes, comments, ratings, ranks, or analytics with bots, rings, fake accounts, or paid fake engagement.
  • Create extra accounts to evade limits or inflate engagement.
  • Put URLs or promotional spam in comments.
  • Scrape or mirror the site in a way that harms other users. Use the public sitemap, /llms.txt, /api/ai, and /api/mcp instead.
  • Bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.

PeekLaunch may remove listings or comments, reset manipulated votes, revoke dofollow or ad placements, and delete an account. Where practical we email a short reason. Enforcement follows these Terms and applicable law. Refunds, if any, follow the refund policy. This is not a waiver of rights that cannot legally be waived.

Premium+ and AI

  • After a listing is Premium+, you can generate one AI launch story from the product edit page.
  • The article is at most 1,800 words, publishes on /blog at once, and should include at least four dofollow links to that product's website. Other sites stay unlinked or nofollow.
  • Listing prefill can send public page title and meta description to OpenAI when you click generate. You must review the suggested fields before submit.
  • You are responsible for the facts in any generated story after it is published.
  • PeekLaunch does not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, search performance, or AI citations.

Public read-only tools (/llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, /ai.txt, /api/ai, /api/mcp, /.well-known/mcp.json, /mcp) return public catalog data. They cannot vote, review, or edit listings, and they do not expose billing or private account data. Ask AI opens a third-party chat with a public page URL.

Intellectual property

  • PeekLaunch retains rights in its name, logo, site design, code, and original platform materials, subject to third-party rights.
  • You retain ownership of your listings and comments, subject to the licence in Maker content.
  • The embeddable PeekLaunch badge may be used on your site so a Free listing can keep dofollow Visit. Do not alter the badge in a misleading way.
  • PeekLaunch does not claim ownership of your product.

Third-party services

PeekLaunch uses these providers to run the site. Their terms also apply when you use those features.

  • Vercel: hosting.
  • Supabase: database and email authentication.
  • Google: OAuth when you choose that sign-in.
  • ImageKit: uploads when that path is configured.
  • Dodo Payments: checkout.
  • OpenAI: listing prefill and Premium+ stories when you generate them.

External product websites, payment pages, and Ask AI tools are outside PeekLaunch's control. PeekLaunch does not guarantee their availability or content.

Suspension and deletion

  • You may delete your account from Settings or by emailing [email protected].
  • PeekLaunch may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms, manipulate votes, or charge back a paid feature without first contacting support.
  • Associated content and data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Backups, tax records, and third-party indexes may remain for a time.
  • Paid benefits and refunds follow the refund policy. A suspension does not automatically forfeit every refund in every case.

Disclaimers

The Service and public user-submitted content are provided as is, except where the law requires otherwise. Availability may be interrupted.

PeekLaunch does not guarantee:

  • Search rankings or indexing.
  • AI citations or recommendations.
  • Referral traffic, conversions, or business results.
  • The accuracy of user-submitted product information.
  • Uninterrupted availability.

Nothing here excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeekLaunch's aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. PeekLaunch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

This limit does not apply where the law forbids it, including liability that cannot be capped for consumers in your jurisdiction. This clause should be reviewed by a lawyer before you treat it as final.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit and for lawful use of the Service. If your content or conduct causes a claim against PeekLaunch, you should cooperate so we can respond. This is not a blanket indemnity that ignores mandatory consumer protections.

Changes to these Terms

  • PeekLaunch may update these Terms as the Service evolves.
  • The date at the top of this page is the latest revision (2 October 2026).
  • Changes apply going forward. They do not remove rights that already apply to a purchase you made under earlier Terms, or rights the law preserves.
  • Material changes that affect a paid feature will be emailed when we have your address.
