Paul has authored eight published books, including the 2020 nonfiction bestseller from Foundations, "President Eisenhower's Close Encounters," and its sequel, "The Nixon-Gleason Alien Encounter," both now out on audio from tantor.com, and both have been signed to become motion pictures.  Plus he authored the 2026 nonfiction book, "The UFO Bombshell Before Roswell: Missouri's 1941 Crash and Cover-up," via llewellyn.com.  It's an updated nonfiction look at the late April 1941 ET crash in his hometown of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. 

Paul was a four-year Mass Communications Major with an English minor from Southeast Missouri State University, in Cape Girardeau.  He currently lives in the Show Me State.
