Search: one credit per unique business first delivered within a search or campaign. Separate domain enrichment: one credit per unique readable, completed website; failures or needs-review rows release their credit. Missing emails can still be charged.
Public contacts, website summaries, logos, and technology are included where available; fields may be empty. Optional current phone-line checks cost five credits per successfully completed number.
Paid credits are issued monthly and expire without rollover. Monthly subscriptions are currently available.
These invented numbers illustrate billing only. They are not real task results, coverage data, or an email yield estimate. Run the steps in order, letting search settle and release unused credits before enriching domains.
| Operation | Hypothetical result | Credits charged |
|---|---|---|
| Maps search | Depth 20 reserves 20 credits. Deliver 12 unique businesses, with public emails for only five: charge 12 and release eight at settlement. | 12 |
| Separate domain enrichment | Upload 10 rows, including two duplicate domains: eight unique domains. Six are successfully read and enriched; two fail or need review. Charge six credits. | 6 |
| Optional current phone-line lookup | Successfully complete one additional current phone-line lookup. | 5 |
Without the optional phone lookup: 12 + 6 = 18 credits, within the 20-credit trial. With the lookup: 12 + 6 + 5 = 23 credits, exceeding the trial balance.
After the first two steps, only two trial credits remain, so the optional five-credit lookup cannot run from that trial balance.
Registration includes a one-time grant of 20 free credits, valid for 14 days. No credit card is required. Trial credits do not renew monthly. Search, separate domain enrichment, and optional phone-line checks share the same balance.

Yes. Maps search charges one credit per unique business first delivered within a search or campaign, regardless of email availability. Separate domain enrichment charges one credit per unique website successfully read and enriched, even if no public email is found. Public emails and owner names may be missing. A discovered email is not verified for deliverability or guaranteed to belong to the owner.
Repeated business records within a search or campaign are not charged twice. Domain enrichment deduplicates normalized domains within one batch. Search reserves credits for the selected depth and releases the unused balance at settlement; failed searches release their reservation. Failed or needs-review enrichment rows release their reserved credit. Separate locations of one company may remain separate businesses. Deduplication does not extend across independent tasks or your CRM.
An optional current phone-line lookup costs five credits per successfully completed number. It is separate from existing phone fields and included website enrichment. Credits are reserved first; unfinished or failed lookup reservations are released at settlement.
No. Credits measure usage across business search, separate domain enrichment, and optional lookups. Returned businesses, businesses with public emails, sourced owner names, and deliverable email addresses are different counts. Email deliverability verification is not currently provided, and no verified-contact yield is promised.
Paid credits are issued monthly and expire at the end of the billing period without rollover. Free-trial credits expire after 14 days. Monthly subscriptions are available; annual prices are a preview.
