You pay for what Opus 5.5 actually uses. A typical 15-second video uses about 40 credits. Unused prepaid credits come back and a failed video is refunded in full. The cap is a limit, not a price: at the cap the video pauses until you raise it or export the current version.
Is Opus 5.5 Video free?
The four example videos on the homepage play for free, with no account. Signup gift credits, admin-granted credits, purchased credits and subscription credits can fund your own videos. Starting a 15-second video requires at least 50 eligible credits; longer videos require a larger prepayment, as shown in the generator. Check-in and other reward credits cannot be used for videos. Eligible new accounts may receive 3 sign-up gift credits, subject to signup checks. These sign-up credits expire after 63 days. Videos made before your first purchase carry a small moving watermark.

Billing questions

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and credits you have received stay in your balance.
Do my credits expire?
Credit packs never expire. Subscription credits are added in full after each monthly or yearly payment. Settings → Credits lists every grant with its expiry date, if it has one.
When do I receive my yearly credits?
The full annual allowance is added at once after your yearly payment is confirmed. You receive the next full allowance at your next yearly renewal; credits are not released monthly. The monthly equivalent shown on the card is only a price comparison. The amount charged is the full yearly price.
Do failed videos use up my credits?
No. If a video fails, every credit it was charged goes straight back to your balance. Credits charged ahead and not used by a finished video come back too.
Should I pick a subscription or a credit pack?
For regular creation, every monthly plan costs less per credit than any credit pack. Yearly plans offer a further discount and grant the full annual allowance upfront. Credit packs suit occasional use: a small one-time payment, no renewal, and credits that never expire.
Are taxes included, and can I get an invoice?
Prices are in US dollars and the amount shown at checkout is what you pay; your bank may add its own currency fees. Invoices for your payments are listed under Settings → Payments.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards. Depending on your device and region, checkout may also offer wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
I paid but my credits haven't shown up. What now?
Credits are added after payment confirmation. Refresh the page and check Settings → Payments. If a confirmed payment is still missing credits, contact support with your payment email and order details.
What if my payment fails?
Check the payment status before trying again. If a payment is pending or your bank shows a charge, check Settings → Payments and contact support before making another purchase.
Is paying here secure?
Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. Your card details go directly to the provider and never touch our servers.
