Features

Everything in one product.

Meetings, breakout rooms, end-to-end encryption, recording, AI recaps, engagement tracking, scheduling, branding, plugins, integrations, and multi-tenant admin. No upsells for the basics, no separate add-on subscriptions. Pick a plan, get it all.

Meetings

Video that just works.

Low-latency real-time video on a self-hostable media engine. Ten people or a hundred — same product. Lobby, host transfer, co-host roles, end-for-all, screen share, and a collaborative whiteboard, all built in.

  • Lobby admit + waiting room
  • Host transfer, reclaim, and co-host roles
  • Screen share with multi-share support
  • Virtual backgrounds + blur
  • Collaborative whiteboard with per-person access
  • Picture-in-Picture pop-out
Security & privacy

Encrypted when it has to be.

Turn on end-to-end encryption per meeting and the server becomes a blind relay — keys are minted on the creator's device and travel inside the invite link. Admins can require it workspace-wide.

  • End-to-end encryption (E2EE) per meeting
  • Keys live on devices — carried in the invite
  • Server can't read media when E2EE is on
  • Workspace policy to require E2EE
  • TLS in transit on every plan
  • Cloud recording + AI auto-disabled under E2EE
In-call collaboration

More than a video stream.

Chat, captions, and fine-grained controls live inside the call — no second app, no browser extension. Everyone stays in one window from join to recap.

  • In-call chat with direct messages
  • File attachments + image / PDF / video lightbox
  • Live captions with per-viewer translation
  • Per-person screen-share permission
  • Adaptive bandwidth with audio-only fallback
  • Smart "you're muted" talking nudge
Remote pointer

Point at it instead of describing it.

Stop saying "the third box, no, the one below". Move your cursor over someone else's shared screen and everyone watches a dot with your name follow it. The person sharing decides who may point, and ends the session whenever they want.

  • Named pointer for every participant
  • Opt-in — the share owner decides who can point
  • Guests can point too, no account needed
  • Live indicator showing whose screen you are on
  • Owner ends the session with one click
  • Runs in the browser, nothing to install
Document capture

Hold the page up. It lands in the chat.

Someone holds a sketch, a form or a handwritten page to the camera. Olivasal finds the edges, straightens and cleans it up, and anyone in the meeting can capture it straight into the chat — named, timestamped and saved with the meeting.

  • Automatic edge detection and framing
  • Auto-enhance for handwriting and whiteboards
  • Anyone in the call can capture the shown page
  • Captures post to chat under the capturer's name
  • Portrait or landscape pages
  • Show or hide your document at any time
Recording

Two recording modes, three files each.

Cloud (server-side composite MP4 + audio extract + chat transcript) for compliance and shared archives. Local (browser-side ZIP) when participants want their own copy. Run them in parallel without conflict.

  • Cloud composite MP4 (host-triggered or auto)
  • Local "save to my device" ZIP (anyone can record)
  • Audio extract + chat transcript sidecars
  • Speaker-separated tracks for diarization
  • Camera-off rendered as initials avatars
  • Public share link with per-share toggles
AI summaries

Recaps you actually read.

Transcription + summarization run automatically when a meeting ends, attributed per speaker and rendered as a visual flowchart. Use our managed AI, or route to your own GPU and keep transcripts inside your network.

  • Auto transcription + summary on meeting end
  • Visual flowchart recaps
  • Speaker-attributed transcript (diarization)
  • Multilingual speech-to-text — Tamil + Indic languages
  • Searchable recordings library
  • Post-call ratings + feedback roll-up
Collections

Ask a project, not one call.

Group the meetings that belong together — a client, a project, a weekly — into a collection. Then ask one question and get an answer drawn from every meeting inside it, pointing back to who said it and when.

  • Group meetings by client, project, or team
  • Ask one question across every meeting in a collection
  • Answers cite the meeting and the moment they came from
  • Share a collection with named people
  • Add meetings from the collection or from a meeting page
  • Grouping only — meetings stay in the library
Breakout rooms

Split the class. Get the report back.

Send four students into two rooms for group work. They talk it through, raise a hand when they are stuck, and the teacher drops in to help. When the timer ends everyone returns to the main room, and the report shows how each room went: who talked, who stayed focused, and who asked for help.

  • Spread people evenly at random, or drag them into rooms
  • Room timer with a 60-second warning and "Add 5 min"
  • Ask-for-help button, answered by the host or a co-host
  • Broadcast one message to every room
  • Host and co-hosts can visit any room
  • Per-room report: talk time, focus and silent time — export as PDF, Excel or CSV
Engagement & Analytics

Measure meeting focus & participation.

Gain automated post-meeting insights into attendee engagement. Track focused versus partially focused time, monitor participant attention breakdown, and review engagement analytics across your meetings.

  • Post-meeting attendee focus level breakdown
  • Focused vs. Partially Focused participant time tracking
  • Attention distribution & meeting health metrics
  • Automated post-call engagement reports
Scheduling & calendar

Plan it once, meet on time.

Schedule ahead, spin up recurring rooms, and keep everyone in their own timezone. Invite links work from day zero and sync straight to Google Calendar.

  • Scheduled meetings with day-zero invite links
  • Recurring "team room" with numeric short code
  • Month / week / day / year calendar views
  • Per-viewer local timezone rendering
  • Google Calendar integration
  • Contacts directory + invite picker
White-labeling

Make it yours.

Each workspace gets its own logo, primary and accent colors, and an optional gradient. Brand the meeting UI without forking the app.

  • Logo upload (PNG / JPG / SVG / WebP, 512 KB cap)
  • Primary + accent color pickers
  • Optional gradient (from / to / angle)
  • Live preview swatch before save
  • CSS vars applied at runtime
  • Per-company branding, applied everywhere
Plugin platform

Extend without forking.

Sandboxed iframes can render overlay UI on the video grid, side panels, or annotation tools — several active at once. Ship features without touching core code.

  • Sandboxed iframe runtime
  • Multiple plugins active at once
  • Overlay slot tracks tile bounds
  • Bidirectional message bus (room + direct messages)
  • Signed bundles + per-company version pinning
  • First-party: screen-annotate, doc-scanner, live-captions
Audit log

Every meeting, on the record.

Who joined, who muted whom, when the screen share started, who was admitted from the lobby and who ended the call — each one timestamped against the meeting and the person who did it. Open any past meeting and read it back.

  • Joins, leaves and rejoins with timestamps
  • Mic, camera, screen share and whiteboard events
  • Lobby requests, admits and denials
  • Host transfers, co-host changes and removals
  • Recording started and stopped, cloud or local
  • Per-meeting timeline and a company-wide log
Administration & tenancy

Run it for many teams.

Multi-tenant from day one. Each company owns its data, branding, and members; you keep the moderation controls and a full audit trail.

  • Multi-tenant companies (pending / active / disabled)
  • Super-admin moderation + platform owner role
  • Comprehensive audit + activity logging
  • Per-company SMTP for invitation emails
  • OAuth send-as (Gmail / Microsoft / Zoho)
  • Role-based access across the workspace
Integrations

Plugs into your stack.

Sign in with the accounts your team already has, keep calendars in sync both ways, send invites from your real mailbox, and turn meeting decisions into tracked work — no copy-paste.

  • Google & Microsoft single sign-on
  • Two-way Google Calendar sync
  • Send invites as Gmail / Microsoft 365 / Zoho
  • Push action items to GitLab issues
  • Per-company SMTP for branded email
  • Self-hosted media engine + private AI under the hood
Hosting

Cloud or self-hosted, no compromise.

Run on our managed cloud and you are five minutes from your first meeting. Need data residency or air-gapped infrastructure? Run the whole stack on your own hardware. Same product either way.

  • Managed cloud on every plan
  • Self-host on any compatible Linux box
  • No proprietary cloud dependencies
  • Real-time media engine
  • Database, cache, and AI worker as optional add-ons
  • Documented hardware sizing and ports
