Technical and parsing support
If an image or PDF does not convert as expected, email us at support@merginit.com with the file or describe the problem (such as table borders, multi-column text, or mathematical notation). We test difficult scans regularly to refine the parser.
Volume conversion and custom setups
If you need to process large document archives, run high-volume conversion pipelines, or connect OCRMD to internal services, email us for custom rate limits and options.
Security reporting
If you find a security vulnerability, email jonas@merginit.com with reproduction steps. We will review the report and reply directly.
