I ordered a chair to be delivered in 2 to 4 days, after day 4 I asked where it was, they could not answer, they lied and said, the delivery times are only a guideline. I checked their policy, it's not.

I cancelled the order on day 6 as it still hadn't been dispatched, they said they'd be back to me with a refund. A couple of days later, I bought a the same chair from the manufacturers.

That's when it got tricky.

Three days later, they did get back to me, but not about a refund, they had shipped the cancelled order! I asked why they had shipped it several times, each time they told me, I could refuse to accept it, they they would refund me, less shipping charges. The delivery guys need me to inspect the package so it's not a problem.

DPD dropped it at the door and we're gone, not a chance of inspection.

They then told me to send it back at my own expense and they would issue a refund if it was in good condition. Shipping quotes were between 100 and 400 to ship back to Spain.

Eventually they did answer why they didn't cancel the order, they said it had already left the warehouse. Can't say I believe this either, they couldn't even give me a tracking number from DPD.

Go directly to the manufacturer and avoid these middlemen.

Sent in the test from Germany, three days ago, got the result already. I've a problem with Brewers Yeast... nightmare, no more beer.

I came here to see if anyone had complaints about the results, but not seeing that, only seeing people not getting their results, but I did and quickly.

Sorry that so many are having problems, but it was fine for me.

I think it's pretty good, better than chatgpt o4. But I can't use it, I get less than an hour in and it tells me "Message limit reached for Claude 3.5 Sonnet until 7:00 PM.".

Now that's more than an inconvenience. I'm paying for this.

I bought some earbuds, but when I got home found that they were the old version with an old usb port, so none of my chargers would work.

They refused to refund saying that there's nothing wrong with them, technically correct, however mini-B USB stuff was dropped years ago, sounds more like they sold me old stock as new... and were rude about it.

Solid servers, never fail. The only negative, support can take a while to respond, a chat service would really help.

I bought from the EU site, all prices in euro and even a little euro flag in the corner. But in turns out, in the confirmation email after I bought there was a note to say I would need to pay taxes. So the product I bought for 230 actually cost 300.

At no point during the sale process was I led to believe that this would happen. Not one mention, nothing. Yes, Brexit is a pain but pretending to be in the EU is dishonest.

I've no idea on the quality as I haven't received it yet.

Worst experience ever, can't get out of this contract and have spent literally days trying all whilst in the cooling off period.

I've ordered something that costs around a 20 euro from the UK. Delays and extra charges. Sure I know it's partly Brexit but AnPost charging a surcharge (An Post Fee) for all the hassle is an extra sting in the tail.

A theme built with German ingenuity that doesn't require any other plugin to work with it's own page builder that's already built for custom post types. It's hard to recommend any other theme.

We have trusted Hetzner to manage some of our servers for years. If there is an issue it's not likely to be with the server.

Like most people, I'm here to complain as I haven't heard back from AddressPal who've lost my parcel!
