Worst courier company ever

Worst courier company ever. Always receive a yellow notice that it was possible to deliver at my home, even I’m home. Went to packstation 131 in Flensburg but was not able to get my package. Always something wrong when use DHL!!!

Very bad post

Very disappointed with DHL’s service. This is already the second time that my package has been returned without any real delivery attempt being made. I was at home waiting for the delivery, but the courier never arrived and I did not receive any notification.

Please improve the communication and delivery process, because customers expect their packages to be delivered, not returned without a clear reason.

Terrible - do not reccommend

Literally the worst experience I ever had with a parcel. I shipped it out from China on the 3rd of June, and after it was handed off to DHL Paket in Germany, they refused to give me updates for about a month, as it was apparently being loaded onto a plane and prepared for air transport for a month. Support is only in German, providing no assistance to foreign customers, and they take 7+ days to reply. Absolutely terrible, would not reccommend

Worst experience ever!

Status is same since 15 days and when i call they said they “lost” my package, which had 1250€ watch in it! Its huge shame for dhl and i regret by trusting them!! I had 7 dhl orders and only 4 of them are delivered! Maybe i should consider i am lucky!

I wish I could rate this negatively for…

I wish I could rate this negatively for a few reasons. Not just because they fail as a delivery service, outwardly lie, have an incredibly confusing interface, can't take responsibility, and understaff and overwork their employees, but because they have integrated themselves everywhere, forcing me to use them. Never have I had so much anxiety. In my time in Germany, I have lost multiple packages with them. They will tell you they attempted delivery even when you're home, and you know that's not true. If you try to speak to any DHL representative in a station, they are at best unhelpful and at worst outwardly hostile. They give false info, bad updates to the point that reasoning with them makes you feel like an insane chicken chasing dead-end leads in an underfunded crime drama. Nobody knows anything and they'll just shrug their shoulders. And then when you flip on F1 (the most expensive place to advertise) DHL banner is flying everywhere. And it feels like a weird mockery. Nobody willingly uses this service. It is horrible, awful, and any other descriptive synonym that comes to mind as I am again waiting for a delayed package that was expected by their own metrics to be delivered 4 hours ago......

DHL LOST PACKAGES

Really upset and first time when i wrote anything bad.
But DHL has really stepped on my nerves, 3packages just went lost somewhere at 18.05 now it is 03.07 almost 2months and no news.
In every tracking updates i see that Dhl had problem and it will be in next working day, but still nothing . And because they lost something all the shops needed to refund me the money.
Absolute bullshit!!!!

Non existent customer service

DHL chooses to acknowledge the complaint with an AI generated reference number but no action is taken to contact customer with a response.If I could rate using NIL stars I would as a wait in excess of 2 weeks is diabolical.

Absolutely abhorrent service.

Absolutely abhorrent service.
Ordered a package that was picked up by DHL on 24.06 in Hagen. It then sat completely untouched at the same parcel center for 7 full days with zero tracking updates. No explanation, no communication. The estimated delivery date came and went (twice) with no delivery and no update.
The sender filed an official complaint with DHL during this time and received no response for days either.
On 01.07, the package finally moved and arrived in Regensburg early on 02.07 - a 9-day journey for what should be an overnight domestic delivery. Then, the same day it finally reached my city, DHL misrouted it and it had to be sent back for re-sorting, adding yet another delay.
Nine days, a formal complaint that went unanswered, and a misrouting error on the one day it actually arrived. This is the worst delivery experience I've had with any courier. If you have a choice of shipping provider, avoid DHL.

Didn’t arrive on time

The package although send with express didn’t arrive in time. The call service representative was also a bit annoyed by calling as if I had made the mistake. Wouldn’t use it again!

On 29th I was in front of my building…

On 29th I was in front of my building and saw the DHL car however the driver didn't try to deliver my package and drove away and minutes later I knew it was transported to a packstation!! Plus 3 times in a row they send my packages to sender for whatever reason! Disappointing.

Very bad experience with DHL.

Very bad experience with DHL.

My parcel was delayed by about 4 days before collection, then tracking became completely inconsistent. It first showed “delivered”, but no delivery ever happened.

Within minutes the status changed to “in vehicle”, “address not found”, and “returning to sender” without any delivery attempt. No one rang the doorbell and no contact was made, even though I have lived at the same address for over 10 years.

The parcel was returned immediately without proper investigation. Very unprofessional and unreliable service.

This is not the first time this year. Several times parcels were either marked as “not at home” even though I was home, or delivered to completely wrong locations. Once a parcel was even taken to a police station instead of being delivered properly.

my package was never delivered

my package was out for delivery for several days stating "loaded into the delivery vehicle and will be delivered today", no one came to my place, no notifications left in the postbox, and then suddenly the parcel is on its way back to the country of origin.
when chatting with their friendly bot Maria, the bot refused to chat in english and suggested that i use a translator. and when i described my problem in german, Maria said she does not understand text.

it's literally the best worst example of a german service.

Repeated "Failed Delivery" Without Any Delivery Attempt

I am extremely disappointed with DHL's delivery service.

Today, my parcel was marked as undeliverable and redirected to a Packstation, even though I was at home the entire time waiting for the delivery. No one rang my doorbell, no delivery attempt was made, and no explanation was provided.

According to the tracking information, the parcel was loaded into the delivery vehicle at 07:08 and already marked as "could not be delivered" by 08:15. I was at home during this period and available to receive the package.

What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not an isolated incident. The same thing has happened multiple times with parcels from different retailers whenever DHL is the delivery provider. Instead of attempting delivery to my address, parcels are often redirected directly to a Packstation or pickup location.

As a customer, I expect the delivery service I paid for to be carried out properly. If a parcel cannot be delivered, there should at least be a genuine delivery attempt and a clear explanation.

I have submitted a formal complaint to DHL and hope they investigate what appears to be a recurring issue with deliveries in my area.

Unfortunately, based on my repeated experiences, I cannot recommend DHL's delivery service.
