A waste of time...

I put a note on my mailbox to make the delivery easier by calling me when he arrives but the deliverer didn't care and went straight to a partner to drop my package.

By far the worst courier in Italy

By far the worst courier in Italy. Everytime I buy something online and then I see the sender chose BRT as their courier, I just wish I could go back in time and not buy it all. Customer service is nonexistent. Delivery dates are unpredictable. Drivers blatantly lying about the receiver not being at home. I've seen it all. Do yourself a favor and stay away from BRT.

My parcel from France to Italy was…

My parcel from France to Italy was delivered quickly by BRT. It was supposed to arrive on July 9, but it arrived on the 6th.
It arrived safe and sound.
A very convenient tracking system to track the parcel.
A polite courier who arrived 2 hours earlier.
I am satisfied, thank you.

I made an order from Notino.it and i wrote that the package should be left inside the gate.And what did the courier do????
I saw him open my gate and come back and forth my garden!! I told him who gave him permission to come inside and open my gate and he shouted at me that I should come and pick the package because it’s hot outside!!
They don’t have the right to come inside people’s house’s ok??
I’m talking about the courier of FONTANAFREDDA PN.

Fraudsters, Cheats, Charlatans, Swindlers

These charlatans did not try to deliver my package, they seem to be routinely taking money from companies to deliver their packages then simply "returning to sender" without trying to deliver the packages. Their behaviour is criminal, they are not doing what the whole business is designed to do

The fact I can’t give less than one…

The fact I can’t give less than one star is ridiculous. It’s day 29 of my ‘delivery’ now. They will no longer reply (they don’t most of the time anyway). ‘Contact the sender’ is the most you’ll get out of them. Hundreds of dollars of products somewhere in the BRT network and they don’t care at all! The worst shipping company I’ve ever used and that’s saying something!!

The worst service ever

The worst service ever! The store told me they tried to deliver the package - but I was home the entire week and they didn’t came or called me. I tried to contact them with no success. The package is late and now they said it has been delivered yesterday… NOT TRUE! The package is not here, and its impossible to contact this company. Terrible service!!

The absolute WORST

The absolute WORST. Every time I buy something and I see they are shipping with BRT I know there will be a problem. They saying they passed, but not ringing or calling.. In the latest one they said it was out for delivery, then It got stopped for 2 days for lack of documentation. After 30 min on the phone they told me they needed my codice fiscale. That i had to enter their webssite and write a message in "contact us" sending my codice fiscale. I sent it..still nothing. It was a 80 euro uniqlo purchase..

The worst shipping company - Highly discouraged

What a shame I didn't read all the negative reviews about this courier. Basically, after 17 days in total, they couldn't find an address. Various excuses, after spending a week informing them of my address, went from "incorrect address" to "not found," not to mention the lies written on their website regarding the tracking number. They even went so far as to say they tried to contact me, which is absolutely not true. For all these reasons, it turned out to be the worst courier I've ever used. Highly discouraged.

Unreliable courier service

I’m incredibly frustrated with this company's delivery service. My order was scheduled for last Friday, then reassured it would arrive Monday due to delays. Today, I received an email saying they couldn't deliver because I wasn't home for the second time!
Repeated issues, unreliable service, and just apologies every time. This pattern is unacceptable. I expect better and a real solution. Very disappointed.

Never received a package without some…

Never received a package without some sort of issue and having to contact customer support, tried to scam me out of extra money for holding my package after saying for 3 day straight that they tried to deliver and nobody was home (I was, had to change my whole schedule to accommodate these scammers)

Back in Italy and the habitual liars (bugiardi) ....All the usual lies...."we were not here to receive the parcel" while they were never near our house.
We record all movements at our gate and they are welcome to come and inspect it.
Furthermore, there is a big notice on our gate instructing couriers to leave consignments there if we are not here.
I previously laid fraud charges with the police when a courier scrawled a signature on the receipt without delivering the parcel.
Maybe we should start a class action against these companies regarding their staff's habitual lying.
I wonder if they even read these posts?

The most useless delivery service…

The most useless delivery service partner to DPD, I've ever experienced. DPDis actually not too bad in the uk, but their partner in Italy (actually a polish company) is a joke (if you can have sense of humour about it, if you dont them they are simply scammers themselfs) I send parcel, 3.5kg of designer clothes in brown paper package completely wrapped in seethrough selotape - so it can not be broken into, it was solid, waterprooved, you needed a knife to open it, and the recepient received black bin bag wrapped with bit of brown duck tape and only 1.1kg - "italian packaging " dentist equipment inside. To rub it in little more it was with the correct name on the label! So go figure. Who is responsible? BRT replied that if I think I was scammed i should go to authorities (like police). In Italy....haha... Even though on their website they give guarantee to deliver or pay compensation. funny think is they have no real customer service, try their bot for some entertainment, haven't seen anything so idiotic. A kid can do better, so clearly they are not interseted in providing service, they have no acountibility, they just take your stuff and money , and oh well not their problem. I strongly suggest DPD finds a differnt partner, use different company, this one is total looser...
