I ordered 2 articles of clothing on May 19 and received them on June 3 (site said it would be 3-4 days for shipping). When I finally received the order the pieces were nothing like the descriptions. They were supposed to have embroidery and sequins, what they were was a very cheap/flimsy screen printed fabric. They were so thin you could see through them! I contacted the company through their email stating I wanted a full refund. Their website states “we want you happy, refunds are always available”, what a crock! First they wanted me to send pics of the clothing showing them the areas I was not happy with which I did. Then they said they sent my complaint along with the pics to their return dept. They said to give them up to 10 days to review the complaint. I waited 12 days and contacted them again asking what the outcome was. They said I could return them at my expense to China, including getting shipping insurance or they would be happy to offer me a 20% coupon on my next order!! I contacted my credit card company to let them deal with these scammers. I was credited the full amount of my order from my credit card company and threw the clothes in the Goodwill bin. Stay away from this company, they are scammers!

My recommendation is DO NOT buy from this site. The top I purchased from this website is made of polyester and feels like it sticks to me. Tried to return, and they have been insistent to give me a discount coupon for another purchase, saying I can keep the top. First it was a 10% discount. When I didn't accept this, they offered a 20% discount. Finally, it was a 30% discount. I DON'T WANT IT or anything else from this company. I've been dealing with them, insistent upon returning the shirt for a FULL REFUND, for 4 weeks now. In my opinion, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. Buyer beware on this website.

Do not order from this company!When I ordered on June 16th it said it would take 3 days. I kept asking where it was and they kept sending a tracking number that I couldn’t track but showed it was coming from China. No way that was going to take 3 days. I never received my order and they are not refunding me my payment.

I put items I would like to purchase at some time into my basket. I changed my mind about two products but could not delete them from my basket. I tried to purchase 3 items together but could only purchase one singualy. I have the others in my basket and will select another once I receive my order if I'm happy with the quality and size. Everything looks so beautiful 😍.

This website is a scam. Used a bogus phone number saying they were USPS.NOT….
Have never received my order. Was given a fake tracking number. Filed a fraud report with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!!!!!!

I ordered an 'America' shirt and dress from the website. One was a women's shirt that was supposed to have sequins but had nothing but a screen print of sequins as well as the dress, and the quality is EXTREMELY poor. The screen print is even blurry! Advertised as 100% cotton and was what appears to be polyester. Also stated the products were AMERICAN made but clearly were made in CHINA. Getting a refund is impossible because they want you to send the products back to CHINA at my expense when they stated it was hassle free returns. There are no tags on the shirts stating how to wash or what they are made from. Also, they said shipping takes 7-10 days. I waited almost 3 weeks to receive my order.

Major scam. First of all, it was supposed to be shipped three day UPS. Three weeks later, I finally received the items. Second of all their website describes their products find embroidery eyelet details, feminine shape. What I received was 100% printed graphics on the most square box cut of a shirt made out of horrible scratchy material.

The website claimed they were in the US and would have a 4 day turnaround. One day to pack the order and then 3 day UPS shipping. I placed an order June 28. The website said I should receive it between July 1-2. I didn’t receive a notification of shipment until after I had emailed and requested to cancel the order for a refund on July 5. The tracking information they provided showed that the package came from China.
It wasn’t until July 11 that the tracking showed it had been delivered to my “front door.” When I checked the tracking on July 12 and saw that information, I went looking at my front door, but there was no package. It wasn’t until I got my mail on July 13 that I found the package in my mailbox.
When I opened the package the shirt and dress I had ordered were disappointing to say the least. The listing said the fabric was cotton/linen. There is no tag with the fabric type on the garment, but it certainly feels more like polyester than a cotton linen blend. From the description the shirt was embroidered. What it actually had was a screen printed picture of embroidery.
I ordered the size that is usually loose and blousy on me, but these shirts were much too small. I couldn’t even begin to zip up the dress.
If you are considering ordering from this company I would strongly recommend you save your money.

I would actually give this company 0 stars! I got my products and none of them were as described/expected. when I tried to initiate a request for refund, I got the runaround. They offered me a $10 coupon for the $150 in clothing I purchased which I obviously refused! I would never shop there again. The cheapest of cheap quality and poorest customer service ever. Their return policy says if items are defective they cover return shipping. To me, items that are not as described are defective but they still refuse to cover shipping. I may never get my money back. Buyer beware. Wish I had checked reviews before purchasing! Live and learn… (my date of experience is during my return period, not when I initially purchased which was a couple weeks before July 4. Yes, I’m still fighting them!)

I ordered the blouse because it looked great with beads and embroidery. It also stated made in America. What I received I it in the mail it came in a plastic bag with no paperwork. No tags on the blouse but the size. It looks like the picture was stamped on. Very cheap looking. I am not even sure of the material. I contacted them asking to return. They did respond first with questions. I took a picture of the blouse on line and as well as what I received. They indicated they need yo review and would get back in three yo give days. Did not hear back reached out again and was told that shipping to China was expensive so they wanted to give me a ten dollar credit. They advertise made in America and tell me it coming from China. I wrote they could credit my card. They came back with a twenty dollar credit. I told them I would not purchase from them again. The web site is misleading and you cannot return the items. I should have known better and not purchased it to begin with. Run away fast if looking to purchase anything from them.

It feels like it's made from paper. I ordered a medium. It looks like they sent an extra large. I also thought it was 100% cotton.I recently had an issue with an return order, and although it took some back and forth, the team ultimately resolved it and provided a refund. Happy with the outcome and would shop here again

Oh my God! Leslie, Sherri, Connie, the comments from the three of you rang in my heart. Everything but the delivery. Thought I'd get b4 7/4, no. Still haven't received. I hope the quailty is half nice. Sorry to hear that no appliques, rhinestones or glitz was added. We'll see oonve received.

If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM WENDLLY. Their website is so misleading! You think you are ordering from a US company. I placed an order on 6/23 for 4th of July clothing. I didn't receive my order until 7/9. On 6/30 when I saw my order was waiting shipment I requested a cancellation. I was told they weren't authorized to do this. I asked to find someone who could, but was given the run around with lots of empty apologies & realized by the poorly written email that I was dealing with an overseas company. SO MAD when I found out my patriotic clothing was being made in China! After sending a few more emails requesting to cancel they offered 20% off to keep the order before they even shipped! They still shipped, I've requested a full refund & now they are unresponsive. The clothing is very cheap & poorly made. PLEASE do not order from Wendlly.

Horrible quality. They don’t give you a shipping form to send back if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it.

I ordered two shirts, one for me and one for my husband. I thought the shirts were supposed to be cotton and have sequins. Instead I got a very cheap looking, polyester piece of garbage. I also ordered from them because it was supposed to be "made in the USA" but shipping came from China.

I immediately requested a refund and I've been getting auto emails from China and they are delaying my refund as it's in "review". What a scam!

I ordered two tops for the 4th of July weekend. I placed the order on June 22, and the order stated 3-day delivery. I did not receive the tops until July 10. The product was beyond awful. The tops looked like the company took a picture of someone else's product and rendered a 3D shirt. The material was cheap and literally a facsimile or what it looked like, but not the quality of produce shown in the picture. The material was kind of like outdoor tablecloth, but not as good. I have inquired about a return; however, I had to submit pictures of the garments explaining what was wrong. I believe this is a poor business practice. We will see if this company makes things right. If they do, I will post a new review praising their return process. So, for the meantime I give them zero out of five stars, even though it was not an option.

It's actually worse than a one star. Please save your money and don't order any clothing. I spent $143 and am fighting tooth & nail to get a return. This clothing is stamped with a picture of a shirt. It's not even close to the picture they show on the website. It's very very poor quality.

I decided this company runs a scam of lies and misinformation about all the info about their products- where they are made (china), how long it takes to ship, the poor quality of their product and the ridiculous amount to return items to China. I usually don’t give up on fighting this kind of scam, but they wore me down with all the excuses why they weren’t ready to process my refund, including asking for a picture of the items I was returning! I’m about to put them on BBB and any other platform that will get the word out. Karen Woodmansee

Luckily, I purchased through PayPal so I have some recourse for a refund.

I ordered.4 shirts and paid over $100. I never received an email confirmation of order or shipping. I submitted my order on June 16th and sent a request for refund on June 26th as i had not received my items or any confirmation of the order from the company. Again, because I ordered through PayPal I had a contact email address for this company, otherwise I would have had no way of reaching them. They responded to my email request that the items would ship soon and this was stated 10 days after I placed my order so it hadn't even shipped yet!

The shirts arrived on July 10th, so not even in time for the 4th of July celebration. They were awful quality material, blurry images, poor sewing skill. I would not even pay $2 for these 'shirts' (more like rags). They are scratchy material, not cotton and non of the decorations are embroidered or lifted but it is a picture of embroidery, poorly transferred in a blurry image to whatever material this is.

I requested a refund. They offered a 20% refund. I asked for a full refund and that I was willing to return the products. They wanted me to ship to CHINA (obviously they were NOT made in the USA as they advertise) at my own expense and without their help in creating a return label. But they also stated they are not responsible for taxes or duty charges. Having shipped to international countries before, if you are not familiar with shipping to that country your package can get caught up in customs and never delivered. It seems very shady how they put out disclaimers in their email about taxes, duties and receiving the items, almost as if they know ahead of time that they will likely never receive your return package due to policies in that area of the world.

I have requested they send a prepaid shipping label so they are responsible for the package arriving and also for a full refund.

If they refuse, I will involve PayPal to request a full refund.

Wendlly is a dishonest company with very shady business practices. Misrepresented items. Poor quality. Awful customer service. NOT as advertised in size, quality, shipping times, NOT made in USA as advertised.

I would NEVER order or recommend this company for anyone.

If you want to give your money away, find someone it can benefit more than this dishonest company.
