My experience was great, Scott was on time, professional and friendly.

One of the taskers that I hired, labeled as "Elite," cancelled on me within 30 minutes of the task, while I was on my way to the location. It was very frustrating and I had to scramble to hire another one. The app also is not very intuitive and a bit clunky at times, even just to try to find the "chat" function for my taskers.

Dimitri was excellent as was his hourly tate. Task Rabbit's add on fees are excessive!

Easy to use website, with photos and plenty of information about the "taskers" which is helpful in making a decision about who to call.

There’s a lot of room for scam on the technician part. A job that takes 30 mins should not be taking 2.5 hours. The technician came and told me he forgot his tools because he thought he only came to install and not troubleshoot. Regardless you should have your multimeter as an electrician with whatever the job is. How else will you test if what you installed worked properly. Not sure how you guys vet the technician’s credibility

Saiya was terrific. But I had a great deal of trouble with the website. Could't get on to text with her. It kept sending me back to the main page to start all over again.

Tasker was great but had some confusion about payment per item versus the whole unit. I didn’t think I needed to know about that when I was just quoted a flat rate

Lester was so eager to work and saw things to do without being asked. He was very flexible; we needed him in the morning and afternoon, and he was willing to do the split shift. He was a wonderful worker!

There were a lot of technical glitches- getting notices my tasker cancelled when he didn't. we were able to complete the task, but also didn't know about your $10 fee on top of what you take off the tasker's payment.

Selecting a tasker was easy. App worked smoothly. Communication was fast and easy. Would definitely recommend.

The total billing and initial deposit do not make sense. Fees and charges are just too high. And there’s no way to contact anyone to understand the charges
