The two individuals that I worked closely with throughout the whole process, were Sofia and Julia. They did an exceptional job helping me with all my questions. I had an issue with my order. I sent SquadLocker an email describing my situation and first thing the next morning Mabel emailed me with great news! She said they are running a courtesy return pilot program and I qualified. All the info was sent to me in the email and I can now reorder some new gear.

Anzhelika Savchenko from SquadLocker Onboarding was awesome. I have an email chain over 70 emails long with her for uniforms we are ordering. All questions have been answered promptly and thoroughly.

I made a very small special order for my 2 grandsons. One of the jerseys was too small. So, I ordered a new one but had it delivered to the wrong address. Ugh, Jairo helped me correct the issue and gave me a heads-up when the jersey was returned to them, and resent to the correct address. This happened over 4th of July weekend and he kept advised during the process! Thank you Jairo and Squad Locker!
