Real helpful support instead of outsourced
A Support Team that really does its job, solve Problems or at least gives information and Help when i had troubles with my mobiles connectivity during Holidays.I was IT engineer myself, and the customer Support gave answer to questions quickly and engaged.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Spusu Mobile. I ordered a SIM card twice, but neither delivery ever arrived. The company also doesn’t provide tracking information for their shipments, which makes it impossible to know where your order is or when to expect it.
Their communication was polite but not helpful — I was told to just wait 1–4 days again, even though the first SIM never showed up. After the second failed attempt, I completely lost confidence in their reliability. I ended up requesting a full refund and termination.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Spusu Mobile based on my experience. A reliable provider should make sure customers actually receive what they pay for.

Hollow platitudes. Thought SPUSU SIM deal
Thought SPUSU SIM deal, would allow me to make and receive phone calls. As offered by other providers over the last 35 years. But apparently not.
Still awaiting a refund 7 months later. Personally, very disappointed ever heard of Spusu.
Would not recommend this very poor company.
UPDATE........
Had a reply on this portal, with how they care and sort things out promptly.
Despite contacting them as requested, no refund. Just more hollow platitudes. Suggest, not using this company.

Terrible in every way
Terrible in every way. Mobile and customer service was terrible.
Took payments incorrectly, failed to refund me within a reasonable time. Said they required an Iban number for refund, just wierd.
Haven't responded within 8 weeks of my complaint and now going to ombudsman, avoid at all cost.

Good when it works but no support when…
Good when it works but no support when it doesn’t. Short codes for things like two factor authentication for banks don’t come through and zero support from “customer service”. No timescales for fixes and no response for days. Also, customer service not available on Sunday. And as much as the reply says they are I messaged via WhatsApp at 16:29 and got nothing back until the following morning. A week later still wasn’t resolved and I changed provider.

I came across Spusu by accident when looking for smart deals in 2024 and was surprised at the offers.
Having secured SIM only deals for spare phones for the office, I have no moved my mobile phones for the family (3 phones) to them.

Highly trustworthy, friendly, slight coverage troubles
Spusu is highly trustworthy, always offers reasonable tarifs that competitors are hardly ever able to offer.
Customer service is prompt, friendly and always an extraordinary experience compared to usual "please stay on the line"-hotlines.
Nonetheless, Spusu needs to work on its signal coverage in mountainous and rural regions.
During skiing holidays in Tirol (Gerlos e.g.) it was impossible to have any coverage at all. Neither WA nor phonecalls were possible.
Same problem when hiking in the woodlands around Vienna.
