Pleased with purchase

Really pleased with the dresses I’ve received, they fit well + are lovely. Bit of a delay receiving them but can accept that as they are super and great value.

In general

In general, my focus here is on the Response Team. I have been a customer to Domestic and General for over12 years.I have had my ups and down with bad record keeping and has even thought of leaving. I have only dealt with Response Team for less than 6 months. Their Services delivery effectiveness receives my commendation. My experience so far suggest that D&G appeared now to be taking tne customer care and satisfaction more serious. I have more than 9 accounts with D&G, so peace of mind is of great importance to me and the delivery effeciveness of the Resoonse Team is a welcome innovation and way forward.

Courier / driver left package OUTSIDE…

Courier / driver left package OUTSIDE busy block of flats opposite Canning Town Station despite instructions to leave with reception (which is na easy task in Argo Apartments).
Woeful and shockingly ignorant to the value of customers items.
Will be ensuring I do not use Relay again.

My parcel arrived safely

My parcel arrived safely, but the information was wrong. Your email said delivery would be between 10-25am and 2-25pm, but it didn’t actually arrive until 8-45pm
