Very poor for car insurance. No way to speak to anyone as it’s all through a robot. The driver ratings are ridiculous. I done a perfect drive showing no imperfections and it got scored 42? Then another time it was the same with a score of 68. Says i’ve had phone usage which kills the score to low 30s or 20s when my car was switched off when my phone was on. Currently done 8 100 drive and 2 for saying this phone useage scoring 50s and the score hasnt budged up once but has gone down to even lower

Sending encrypted messages via Aviva Secure Email Service is an extra level of pain that is so unnecessary when they are mostly trivial messages (like this review invitation) that don't require any level of security. Just email me the info or put it on my QMH account for me to read. It's enough to make me look for another insurer next time to avoid the hassle.
Very very poor. My son got insurance with them, they came out cheapest on MoneySuperMarket etc. We got what we paid for. Terrible customer service, in fact nonexistent for the first 3 weeks. Could
Not get a response from them. So despite the fact that I had parted with nearly £500 we had no idea whether he was actually covered. He couldn’t get on their online portal, and they didn’t respond to support requests. Hopeless. Eventually he got the tracker and the portal access. Then we come to the proof of no claims. He was previously insured with Hastings (another cheap terrible insurer) who were asked for proof of no claims. They took weeks to respond. Quote me happy gave my son a deadline to respond, it all took so long that he forgot and missed the deadline and that one is on us so no complaints there. But QMH just cancelled his insurance and charged £50 and issued a pro rata refund, no consideration at all. It seems all of a sudden their customer service got super efficient when they wanted to dump my son, compared to the “now we’ve got your money we don’t care” attitude at the start of the policy. My lesson learnt is not to go for the cheapest. They’re cheap because they’ve skimped on customer service. Go for an insurer who has a telephone and humans you can speak to. It’ll cost a bit more but it will be worth it.
Satisfied with the renewal quote, despite the increase from last year, the price was still competitive for the cover chosen, including some options not offered by most other providers.

Quick renewal but very, very irritating that their initial quote was £50 more than the final quote. You have to go through the process of cancelling your policy before they offer the discount. Pathetic!

Easy to use site and competitive rates for buildings and contents insurance.
I don't normally renew with same providers as in past they have not matched other quotes , so thought I would try just before I accepted a cheaper quote, they didn't until I went to cancel their renewal offer , happy to say they matched with just a couple of pounds over so I'm staying with them , was a very quick process to renew, very happy to stay another year
