worst thing ever!

worst thing ever!! got my first payout and didnt recive it they just deactiavte my account i was trying to get verefied and i couldt so i typed to support then support banned me. THE MESSAGE I RECIVED FROM LUCID

First Payout from LUCID

Had my first payout from lucid. They deliver what they had promised. Everything went smooth from kyc to registering on workmarket and payout. Would recommend to everybody whosoever wants to grow in trading space.

Best in Business

The best in business. I was with topstep and was hesistant few months. Everything about lucid is topknotch. The infrastructure, automation, payout process. Easy breezy and quick!

I have tried it all, and Lucid is #1 in my eyes. I have spent alot of money on accounts but also made alot.

No issues scalp trading & fast payouts

I scalp 1 - 2 trades a day on the 50flex model, and received 2 payouts so far this month.

I have to say the approval process for requesting a payout is quite fast. Once I submitted my second payout it got approved less than 5 minutes.

Missing $280 from Funded Account Ledger After Outage (Support Ignored the Math) Rating: 1 Star (for now)

I want to love Lucid Trading. They are known in the community for having straightforward rules and fast payouts, and my evaluation account tracks my P&L perfectly. However, I am currently dealing with a major backend ledger error on my funded account, and Tier-1 support completely brushed me off.

After a platform outage requiring a manual refund, my funded account dashboard became desynced from the actual backend math. I am currently missing exactly $280.

Here is the exact ledger math that support refused to review:

Starting Balance: $50,000.00

Gross Profit (June 16 - July 8): +$1,839.50

Balance Before Payout: $51,839.50

Minus Payout: -$700.00

New Starting Balance: $51,139.50

Net P&L Since Payout: -$605.50

What my balance SHOULD be: $50,534.00

What my dashboard currently says: $50,254.00

There is a $280 discrepancy between my actual trading P&L and the dashboard. I opened a support ticket, but the agent gave me a generic "everything is correct" macro response and closed the ticket without addressing the missing $280 or providing an itemized deduction.

Lucid markets itself heavily on transparency and fairness. I am simply asking for the Risk or Finance team to look at the hard ledger numbers and correct this backend sync error.

I will gladly update this review to 5 stars the moment a human from the Risk team resolves this discrepancy!

Tier 1 support explicitly told me that they cannot fix the balance on their end and blamed the 'outage restorations,' leaving me holding the bag for their system error.

Tradovate Outage - Account Restoration Request
The Issue: The Tradovate platform outage on July 17, 2026, made it impossible to manage active trades, adjust stop-losses, or close positions.
The Impact: This technical system failure directly caused accounts to fail or liquidate, causing severe frustration and distress by denying us the ability to manage our own risk.
The Request: We ask Lucid Trading to restore affected accounts to their pre-outage status or provide free resets, ensuring a fair environment For the entire community. This review literally sums it up. And when I went to support they reply saying it’s not down anymore and obviously does not read what the customer says, and they use quick reply because they don’t care about you is what I feel and this happens every time
Tradovate goes down.

I was a lucid fan!

I was a lucid fan, I preferred them over all prop firms; however, this last time, I was in a trade and my trade was down, I tried to log in from both tradingview and tradovate and had issues accessing both. I got "tradovate maintenance/technical issues" and was not able to access my account to close the trade which caused my account to be breached. I don't appreciate that as I feel like I was intentionally sabotaged. I reached out to them and never got past the AI assistant. No one helped me. I even sent them screenshots and nothing. And to top it off, right after they caused my account to be breached, coincidentally, the market popped all the way up not only that, I was able to log in after that; This is obviously fishy. The prop firm was good until this situation. I bought a service and was not delivered such service. If you need customer service because of a situation that's out of your control and it's their fault, you may have a hard time getting a solution, or as in my case, no solution. They refused to reset my account.

WHAT ON EARTH HAPPENED TODAY 17/07/2026 APPROXIMATELY 2PM GMT. I WAS IN A PERFECTLY WINNING TRADE MY TP WAS TO HIT AND IT NEVER DID. NOTHING COULD BE DONE. MASSIVE ERROR. NOW LUCID CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT ANSWERING MESSAGES, NO RESPONSE AND MY ACCOUNT IS NOW BREACHED. WTF LUCID, I TRUSTED YOU!!!!!!
UPDATE: LUCID SAID THE ERROR WAS ON TRADINGVIEW BECAUSE DATA LAG. THEY RECOMMEND USING TRADOVATE IT SELF OR NINJA TRADER. SO WHY DO THEY GIVE CUSTOMERS THE OPTION OF TRADINGVIEW IF ITS SO RUBBISH.? THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY ACCOUNT EITHER. SO I'VE LOST A BIG TRADE AND MY ACCOUNT. PUKKA SERVICE LUCID.SDE!

Tradesea Issue - But no Support

I have five accounts with Lucid, all on the TradeSea platform. Yesterday, there was a TradeSea outage (beta). Nothing worked. I had a Nasdaq long position running and couldn't do anything on any of the five accounts because TradeSea was unreachable. That much is clear. Because I lost approximately 800.- on each account due to an ongoing trade, I requested compensation from Lucid. They're trying to weasel out of it, claiming my trades were outside the platform's downtime. However, I confirmed the outage via Discord an hour BEFORE Lucid even noticed it, informed them via chat, and provided screenshots as proof. I submitted everything again. They refuse to acknowledge the facts. They just keep repeating that my accounts weren't affected. But they were; and even screenshots don't seem to deter Lucid. The consequence is that Lucid seems to be running out of money too. The business case for their props is becoming increasingly difficult, or perhaps the traders are getting better. I'm now focusing solely on my real money account. Every cent is better spent trading than buying Lucid Konti. Just like the others.

Trash support. please take action

Discord mods are bad they dont reply , i mailed support for some query they didnt even replied, if a company’s support is so sh*t how can i trust them and purchase accounts from them

I was disappointed by AJ’s conduct. I felt some of his public comments were disrespectful toward members of the community, and the way he communicates has made me lose confidence in the company. So that's why I am rating him low

2 payouts + Account Flag experience

I've had experience with this prop firm.
Took my second payout and it was paid successfully very fast.
I even got flagged when I paid an account for a friend with the same card I used to buy my accounts, yet they still allowed me to recover my funded account which had buffer.
I won't let it affect the rating, yet I have had some ~mehh experiences with customer service, especially when my account got flagged, they didn't give me information at all, and I needed to wait a week before the procedure actually started (recovering my account).
Still, overall, very very good prop firm. Deserves top 3 rating futures for sure.

Hello. I would like to report my interaction with AJ. During our conversation, AJ made offensive and discriminatory comments about Indians, including jokes about India that I found disrespectful and unacceptable. AJ also made inappropriate jokes, including remarks about Simone’s mother, which I found offensive. This behavior was unprofessional and has caused me to lose confidence in your service. In my opinion, someone who behaves this way should not represent your company, and I believe AJ should resign or be removed from this role. I ask that you review the conversation and take appropriate action. Thank you

My favorite prop firm.

Lucid is my favorite prop firm because of the simplicity of the whole experience. I trade the flex accounts and there are not a lot of rules and the ones they have are straight forward. As a result there are no worries about getting payouts approved because of some ambiguous rules. Just meet the payout requirements and your payout is practically guaranteed. Plus my experience with the payout process has been this, it's very quick. The money shows up in my bank account in minutes. But the best part of Lucid for me is the fact that they don't charge a monthly fee or an activation fee, it's just pay once and your done. This is why Lucid is my favorite prop firm, hands down.

WHY LUCID IS BAD PROP FIRM

I was just about to purchase an account from Lucid, but before completing the payment I decided to ask the Discord moderators about a few rules to avoid any confusion later. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a reply there, so I sent an email instead. Even after waiting, there was still no response.

That was a major red flag for me. Support is one of the most important things a trader should look at before joining any prop firm. If a firm can't answer simple pre-sale questions, it raises concerns about how they'll handle urgent issues like payouts, account problems, technical errors, or rule clarifications after you've already become a customer.

I'm genuinely thankful I checked before buying. It probably saved me from a lot of unnecessary stress. Fast and reliable support isn't a luxury—it's a basic requirement. A prop firm may have attractive offers and discounts, but without an active support team, trust becomes difficult. Always test a firm's support before purchasing an account. It can save you time, money, and a lot of frustration later.
