Excellent chance to fly a side-stick! Highly recommended!

Great experience, in a real airline-grade simulator. The instructor was very friendly and was quick to adapt to the skill level of my friend and I (we are both seasoned fly-freaks). Very interesting and hard to fly a side-stick (Airbus), and the hour was over very quickly. I can reccomend it highly. Only very slight drawback is that the instructor present that day was not actually type-rated himself (enthusiasts will know what i mean). But very good experience and super easy place to get to and find!

The system did not work

The system did not work, they did not warn us but let us come and wait for 3x10 minutes. They did not take responsibility but were trying to explain how it was not their fault. Unserious and not well managed.

We are truly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience and that a series of unfortunate events led to your visit not going as planned. Unfortunately, we did face technical issues on our side that day, and while we did our best to resolve them, they did affect your experience. We take full responsibility for this, as these were entirely on our side.

We also understand that your early arrival contributed to the waiting being extended, and we regret that this caused further inconvenience. As we have mentioned in the email we sent you, we would be more than happy to arrange the next steps together.
