I sent a present to someone dear to me and Unfortunately the package was lost, i vontacted customer service and when it was finally delivered, was 3 days later, i received the delivery code instead of the recipient ..
The content of the package was totaly damaged ,even if i packed it well and marked it as fragile.
Verry dissapointing . I payed for a service and it created more damages and costs for me .

The parcel was squshed
The parcel was squshed, indicates extremely poor handling during delivery. Luckily the content was not damaged, but if fragile item in the parcel, will be damaged/destroyed for sure.
