I have ordered my product on 1st of…

I have ordered my product on 1st of July 2025 and its been 15 days no delivary not updates from the company.It feels like i have lost my money.I need the e-scooter urgent to go to my workplace.They said its gonna delivered by 11 to 15 july.But i have not got any updates.So i cancel the order and they sent me email that i have to pay the shipping cost and they said that my product is being delivered so if i dont want the product i should refuse the delivary.But i need the product urgent and yet i have not got the product.So i want my money back as soon as possible so that i can buy another one from other place urgently.

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service!
It is not okay to wait until the order has been placed to state the delivery time! Often things are needed for a specific date and to then have a customer service that deliberately waits a long tine to answer so it is not possible to stop the order is just a scam to make sure it is too expensive to send it back. I do not care - you will not make a single penny on me ever again! I wished I had trustpiloted you befor I bought something - then I would have never done it!

I’ve ordered some paint pen for my car…

I’ve ordered some paint pen for my car and for other a month I still didn’t get my order and the tracking number doesn’t work anymore.
I’ve sent a request about it and it was closed without any clear answers
I still don’t know if I will get the product I ordered or the refund for it
The support from cdon looks to be an ai robot answering. So nothing clear,
I think I got just scammed

Failure to deliver full order

Ordered a loft bed, delivery is made up of 4 boxes. Only 3 have been delivered and there is zero efforts to track down the missing package.
Incredibly poor service and genuinely feel like I have been scammed.
Do not purchase from this company, if any knows the correct authority in Denmark that handles complaints please let me know, this company should not be permitted to operate in Denmark.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. So an item is missing in my order and I reached out. They have a customer service that when you email to them, they respond with an auto reply that your case has been closed which means there is no way to contact them and then I get random weird email addresses afterwards asking about my case, which is scary. Absolutely do not buy from this, don't be lured in the cheap prices like I've been. There is a reason why it's cheap. Quality is really bad and non-existent customer service, how is this allowed to operate in Denmark? Totally not worth it. Please help complain this company because it needs to be shut down.

Never recieved my package from ROSFIX

Never recieved my package, and money has not been returned despite several requests.
Company involved is ROSFIX, and it is a complete scam.
CDON has done nothing but stalling.
Dont buy there.
Update:
Finally a full refund was recieved, so i upgrade to two stars. Still not the best experience.

Sold me a sold out item and did not return the money.

Bought 3 T-shirts. Got sent in 3 different packages.
1 is missing

Risk of issues is high. But issues will be handled okay

The subprovider / merchant cancelled my order.
This is okay, I guess. But it created some confusion as there was no indication of how that would be handled in terms of returning my payment.
The payment withdrawel was cancelled - so everything in order by CDON.
However, I had several email correspondances before that was made clear. To be fair. CDON responded immediately.
Conclusion: you can buy at CDON and expect issues to be handled. However, the risk that there will be issues is high due to the business model of integrating less professional merchants / subproviders.

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!! That "store" is a one big scam!!! I'm back after two weeks from my last review... nothing was solved in my case! I didn't received my package (they claim that is still in transit...from almost a month!!!), I can't have my money back in return...all what they are doing, they respond on my emails (probably not even created by real person) that they will check what happened with my order... nothing else. To CDON directly, You should be ashamed to cheat people like that...

Shouldn't trust the delivery date. Fake information 👎

Showing wrong expected delivery date. My package was supposed to deliver between 11th Dec - 15th Dec. I am writing this on 20th Dec and i have no updates. We cannot buy anything here if we want to present on time. Customer service is also very poor. They just send us some fake formality mail that package is on the way and when i try to track, Postnord hasn't even received the package yet. Seems like CDON has no connection with the seller or they have no control over whatever they do. Then i don't know why the hell are you showing their products in your web shop. Such a shit behavior. Never gonna come back to this website again and gonna block this page to never suggest any products for me in the first place.

Additional Review: I still didn't receive my package, just so you all know. I have only option to update my review. Today is 8th January 2026 when I am writing this additional review, right after i got reply from CDON.

This was both my first and last purchase from this shop. I ordered three products on November 30: a paper roll for a drawing board (20 m x 50 cm) for 208 DKK, a double-sided chalkboard and magnetic whiteboard with drawing roller for 286 DKK, and magnetic building blocks for 237 DKK. Only one item was delivered. After six days, I was informed that one product was out of stock and that a refund would be processed within five working days, which I am still waiting for. The magnetic building blocks had an expected delivery date of December 12, but until today I have received no delivery, no tracking information, and no updates. The poor communication, delays, and incomplete order fulfillment have been very disappointing. Never again.

CDON's Deceptive Practices Leave Customers in Limbo

I ordered an item from Nördic AB through CDON on December 9, expecting it to be delivered by December 10 or 11. I specifically needed it by December 13, yet that date has come and gone, and my package hasn’t even been sent to the carrier, Instabox and Instabox told me that if they receive the item today, they could deliver it by December 15—but my deadline has already passed!
I chose CDON despite the obvious markup because they showed that the item was in stock and would arrive on time. Meanwhile, the Nördic AB website clearly listed the item as unavailable. This is nothing short of deceptive!
When I tried to cancel my order, CDON flatly refused. Now my order is stuck in limbo because Nördic AB hasn’t sent it—probably because they never had it in the first place! The only pathetic option they give me is to return it at my own expense when it finally shows up.
This situation is beyond infuriating. CDON outright lies about stock levels and delivery timelines, then hides behind their policies when things go wrong. Their disgraceful customer service and total lack of accountability are truly unacceptable. I am furious and deeply dissatisfied with this entire experience!

Update: I got contacted by CDON, and I’m relieved to report that my order was canceled, and I received my money back. Thank you for that quick resolution.
While I'm happy to see that you're taking steps to revise your systems for a clearer and more transparent shopping experience, I really needed the item by a specific date.
I hope that future improvements will lead to better accuracy in stock availability and delivery timelines, as this will enhance the overall shopping experience for customers like me.

Website full of deceiving descriptions…

Website full of deceiving descriptions and photos. Not at all what I received compared to the photo on both products I ordered. It was a brand so I expected the real thing!

Cheaper the next day

Bought some new dumbbells, and next day they were 300 kr cheaper. They don't offer any price match, and I would have to pay return shipping myself, if I wanted to buy to the new price.

EDIT: still getting emails asking me to review the company - stop it lol
