I am thrilled with my 18th century Jambati bowl from Bells of Bliss!
It looks absolutely amazing and sounds incredible (exactly like it does in the recordings on the website)! Within the first two days of receiving our new bowl, it has made a big impact in our house. Both my wife and I have really enjoyed and benefitted from engaging with the bowl - playing it, or having it played at our feet or on our chest. I can't wait to see where this wonderful instrument will lead me - maybe playing for others, maybe collecting more bowls, maybe both!
Moreover, Guy has been an absolute pleasure to meet and talk with. He has been prompt and thorough in responding to my questions, and patient and encouraging as I explored what singing bowls were all about and as I tried to decide which one I might like to buy. He treated me with great respect and empathy as we went back and forth by email, and never priortized making a sale over making a genuine human connection with me. Thank you, Guy. I ordered the Singing Bowl just from reading description and listening to the sound. The sound from all the different bowls were recorded and the player was next to the description. This feature of the website was very instrumental in me making my purchase because without a sample of the sound how would you know what you were getting? Most sites selling bowls and gongs did not have recordings of their merchandise.
