Hello ,I bought a Jaguar E-Pace 0017KYX near 2 months ago and now the engine has a problem and the car were near to burn! I contacted them they don't have any workshop in South of Spain and I was in workshop and they sent me we don't cover pipes of Engine and Turbo system!!?? What is engine? it's some pipes and some metals and when you guarantee engine all are include!! The Autohero Germany is more professional but Autohero Spain has no experience and they don't cover guarantee and don't loose your money and you can buy from the other companies better and more professional than Autohero!!

Our experience has been similar to the other bad reviews I've read on here. Firstly, we said we were interested in a car, and were called back immediately by a sales person. We had some follow up queries, which he told us to send by email, and then didn't reply for 5 days, despite us calling the office, only to be told he was busy.
In the end, we went thrught the financing process to purchase the car. We were told the car would be delivered 5 days later on 10th June, so we took the day off work, and made arrangements to have the insurance starting from then, only to be told at the last moment on 9th June that the car won't be available for delivery, and that it will now be sent on 12th June. We have called again today (10th June) and now we've been told that on 12th June they will call us to tell us another date that the car will be delivered. At this moment, we have no clue when the car will be delivered, and considering all of the negative reviews, we are very concerned about the poor customer service.
When we spoke to a customer service agent they just told us "you can cancel if you want" with no explanation or apology. We have to just sit and wait for them, with no transparency or compromises provided.
Update: their copy paste response to this review means nothing. When speaking to them on the phone, they are not interested in solving your issues.

EDIT: Documents finally delivered. The reason was Autohero making a typo on postal code and the paperwork went back and forth trough Spain for 3,5 months. Adding +1 star with mixed feelings.

This is about Autohero in Spain
If you are a foreigner with just NIE (not DNI) just like me, then you need A LOT of patience if you buy from Autohero! My purchase included LOTS of complications and weeks of delays. Multiple times we were thinking that the car would never be delivered! I had to call them 6-7 times and send them lots of emails. This was very frustrating. But finally the car arrived. Autohero seem totally inefficient. Please note that there is a requirement to buy a car from Autohero (at least for foreigners without DNI): You must either own a house/apartment, or have a rental contract that is registered at an agency! If you own a house/apartment then your name must be on the IBI!
I have not tested the car yet.

It is now 23/4, I used the site to purchase a car on 14/4 and was called back immediately by an agent who was to be my point of contact, since then I have had tried calling/emailing numerous times on a daily basis to confirm points regarding the purchase and received no response except demands for id/payment but no reply to my questions. He is busy, will call me back, etc etc. finally agreed a date to have the car delivered and suprise surprise they have rung to delay it again, causing us a great inconvenience. Paying €400 for a delivery you expect them to meet the agreed date/time. Now we are being held to random either agree to another days delay or we will have to wait until after the weekend!!! I now have to pay a rental coming for a car incurring more expense! This has been 9 days of stress. Terrible customer service and support, would not recommend Autohero after this frustrating and costly experience.
UPDATE:
having collected the car on 23rd April I reported the damage that had not been rectified and that the car was dirty to make a claim - with only the offer of €50 & the possibility of them arranging for me to take the car to get the panel fixed, I decided I would return the car for a full refund under their terms & conditions. 17 days later, 9 emails chasing a response and only the one initial email acknowledging my claim from them, I’m still waiting for them to collect the car and refund me!! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND AUTOHERO!

horrible service. Sent us multiple times to pick up the car and it wasn't even there. Then the car was delivered dirty. Then the day after we had to take our day off because they messed up their delivery.
Only positive thing was the guy who helped us in the end. Clearly wasn't his fault that the company itself is running badly

I part ext. my Abarth 695 2022 with 30k on the clock for a P 2008 2025, gave me a good price on mine till we meet them at murcia that turned out to be at the side of the road lots of standing around. The autohero man checked my car but said it had a small problem with the steering, he took me around the roads near by and yes it did pull a bit to the left but roads were very uneven, theni checked the front tyres and they looked a bit low on that side, i said we can pump it up a the garage we was next to but he did not want to do that and charged me 590 euros more for the exchange. By this time me and my wife were fed up with all the waiting and standing around while he was also dealing with 2 more customers at the same time. I paid the 590 euros so we could take the new car and the i was going to contact autohero to sort this out.
I have sent several email over the last week or so but still no reply or contact. Not very good service. Also the car was covered in mud around the wheels and arches as well as under the car, not a good way to sell a car were they say they clean and service the car before delivery. I waited to let them sort this but still no reply or answer to the problem, did spoile what should have been nice and easy
