Terrible customer service. Ordered two shake and 2 shaker package, selected vanilla cookie dough and strawberry. When the order went through somehow I ended up with vanilla (and the two are NOT next to each other when selecting) And only one shaker. Contacted customer service and it is an AI generated auto-response. Nothing that can be done! These are not cheap and no way to cancel or exchange due to it being a food product even if unopened. Would definitely not recommend

Order arrived next day but they are absolutely disgusting. I ordered the coconut & pineapple and raspberry & white chocolate and my daughter ordered the iced coffee and pineapple coconut. All of them taste absolutely vile. The smell, the taste, actually made us all gag 🤢. Wish I’d have read the reviews on this site first then we could’ve saved £123 between us.

My order came 2 days early. The chocolate banana flavor is so far one of my favorites.

Disappointing overall experience.

The drink itself was not enjoyable for me. I found the taste unpleasant and far too sweet, so it was not something I would choose to purchase again.

My main disappointment, however, was with the delivery and customer service. After my parcel went missing, it took around six weeks to resolve the issue. During this time, I was repeatedly asked for evidence, including information from the Airbnb host and CCTV enquiries, which made me feel as though my honesty was being questioned rather than being treated as a genuine customer reporting a missing parcel.

Once a replacement was arranged, the company sent it to the same Airbnb address despite already knowing that it was temporary accommodation and that I was no longer staying there. I was not contacted beforehand to confirm the correct delivery address or discuss the next steps before it was dispatched.

A simple check with me before sending the replacement would have avoided the entire situation.

This is the most difficult experience I have had trying to resolve a missing parcel issue with a company, and it has unfortunately affected my confidence in ordering again. I would suggest improving communication with customers throughout the process.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Product arrived quickly but omg it's revolting. Cappuccino Ice Coffee allegedly but basically tasteless sugar that jars my teeth. Company not interested in any kind of 'customer service' and then proceeded to just ignore me. Professional? I think not. An expensive mistake on my part? Definitely.

Ordered my shake promised next day delivery, item never turned up, contacted seller they said it was shipped, Evri haven’t received it emailing daily with no help. Awful customer service.

This is the most delicious meal replacement I’ve ever had! I am very satisfied with the product and the flavors. Each one is better than the last and you can mix and match to get your own flavor profile.

Horrendous customer service. Purchased the vegan chocolate and it’s vile and doesn’t taste right! I’ve never had a problem with this company before. They won’t allow a return or refund as it’s been opened. Looking at the policies, they can get away with anything really. Shocking customer services offering nothing! Won’t be ordering again!

I ordered 2 jars. Only received one. I emailed and at first it was fine. Apparently it was still in transit. I gave it a couple of days and emailed again today to say it still hadn't been delivered. The person who emailed back said they have checked everything (the weight and proof of delivery) and everything on their side was fine. I don't understand how it was in transit on the 5th June but now somehow it had been delivered. The box was only big enough to hold one jar. And somehow I cannot retrieve the picture of the delivery box. I can guarantee I will not receive an email back. What a waste of money. I have never experienced this before. Karma will get this company. The amount of people it has taken from is disgusting. Stop scamming people.

I received mine on Sunday, less than 24 hours after ordering. Ive got the blueberry and açai one, it’s lovely albeit sweet, but I have a very sweet tooth! I have used water and it’s thick. The shaker arrived and doesn’t shut, but it’s a small problem, I have another bottle I can use! I’m not sure why everyone is complaining? Brilliant so far. Don’t know if it’s psychological but I’m not attacking the snack cupboard when I get back from work. I’ve replaced lunch with a protein shake and have high protein breakfast and dinner. I’ll write another review if and when I lose weight! I have 6kg to lose, so let’s see!

DISGUSTING TASTE!! Fast delivery… I will give them that! Honestly though, I wish it had got lost in the post. After seeing many women (with no taste buds quite clearly) on FB raving about how great they taste I ordered the raspberry and white chocolate one yesterday. Arrived today and tried one for lunch! Rank doesn’t even cover it. Far too sweet but the chemically aftertaste is by far the worst part, chewing gum isn’t shifting it. I fear even my wheelie bin will reject it but that’s exactly where it’s going. Total waste of money!!

My order was delivered 3 days later. With half my order missing. Reported this to customer service which replied they can not do anything as box was delivered with photo. Photo only shows box on doorstep not what's in it. I'm fuming!!!!

I have been using Protein.com for months now and I am so thankful to have found a product I actually enjoy.

The shakes are not chalky or nasty, as some people claim. I will pass a on to anyone who is worried about this. When you prepare your shake ALWAYS put your liquid in first and then the powder otherwise the powder often sits at the bottom.

Shakes are to taste, so you can have water or milk. Water for less calories, half water half milk so it is not so thick or if you prefer a more indulgent taste and thickness , pure milk !

I recommend the Vanilla and Chocolate. Also, the chocolate fudge is sweet BUT you can change it up by using Almond milk and create a lovely Nutella tasting shake 😍

I love the product, I find it tasty and so many flavours to choose from.
However twice I have had late deliveries.
They say next day and I have been waiting three. Evri is terrible!!!
I complained to their customer services and they said if it has not arrived after a further THREE DAYS!!!! Then get back in touch.
The customer service is disgusting!
If you plaster all over your site that its next day delivery then that's exactly what we should get!
A real let down and a very unhappy customer with no shakes for two days which had really caused me problems with my diet.
Looking elsewhere as the customer service has let it down more than Evri being late.

No idea how this company gets 5* reviews mostly endorsed by people who get paid to advertise.

Received my product and I can only describe how it tastes is as if I had copious amounts of sugar in 250mls of water - customer service advised me to add salt 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Please don’t be like me and waste your money there are so many great companies that really care about their customers, sadly this company isn’t one of them!

Do your research first and don’t be fooled by celebrities who promote it! Slim shake does nothing to fill you up either!

I have bought quite a few of these now, my favourite is definately the Banana so far, and the Rasberry white chocolate, there is plenty choice.... I would love a peach melba flavour thou 😋 😉, i purchased online at the back of 1am and it was there later that day, the quickness of delivery really blows me away it is the fastest delivering company ive used 100%, the protein drinks themselves are so easy to make up, 250ml water and scoops of the powder, mix in the supplied shaker, which i now have quite a few of lol. I have to say I definitely prefer them made with milk. I want to try the Strawberry next however it is sold out alot 😫, non grainy, delicious protein drinks that are helping me along with my weight loss journey. Currently lost 2½ stone, so helps getting to my goal. Out of all the ones I have bought, wasted or given away these are definitely the one I would reach for. I take a mix of there capsules also, I have to say I find the Glucomannan does give me heartburn for some reason. However all in all would recommend Protein.com I have family members now on it also. Would use again, super fast delivery, 10/10 Thank you Protein.com 😊

Not a good overall experience so far and we are still waiting for our order.

We ordered three shakes and two shaker cups and was told next day delivery.

4 days later we are still waiting! Contacted them to be told the order has been processed.

I was then told on fb messenger that it has not been processed and are missing a flavour even though it showed as in stock! All their responses are copied and pasted ! And they genuinely do not care about anything!

I get is it’s processed now although I asked what will actually be sent as they keep telling me different things.

Can’t actually say what they taste like but when or if they arrive and were the best tasting drinks ever we will def not be ordering from them again! The lack of anything from the company is not good !
Update they have arrived, tried the mango tropical and it’s so sweet it’s unbearable even after ten minutes of drinking I can still taste an over powering sweetness in my mouth. Next one I make I’m def using more water and 2 scoops not the three stayed hopfully it will taste better.
The proton shaker leaks when u shake it.

First time buying lemon curd flavour,was not sure about the taste I made mine with Milk, the only thing Im worried about is how sweet it is,I hope someone from the company replies to my Review, With Excercises and taking this supplement twice a day I do hope I loose weight.My order came the next day very impressed. The jars are very handy can be used as storage jars.The price I assume is because its a monthly supply.

Not sure how they can promote being no.1 favourite. Shakes are so sweet it turns your face inside out. Also have very clever marketing schemes - “free items” but with clauses. Customer service technique is just to avoid replying! Would NOT recommend!
